Drop? No. Bench? Yes. Trade? Good luck

[–]Technical_Heat5215 140 points141 points  (14 children)

Before this week I was able to trade him for Devonta Smith and Michael Pittman. Feel like the luckiest guy in the world.

[–]PROBST69 74 points75 points  (1 child)

DOUBLE UPGRADE

[–]NA_DeltaWarDog 4 points5 points  (0 children)

A guy in my league had both Robinson and Woods, decided he only wanted one of these "can't drop can't start" sitting on his bench. So on Wednesday he decided to keep ARob and traded Woods plus Mattison for Brandin Cooks.

Rough few days for him lol.

[–]jcrist11 15 points16 points  (9 children)

I was able to package him and Damien Harris for AJ Brown. Hasn’t worked out yet but I have a good feeling about it still! Haha

[–]VineRunner 9 points10 points  (3 children)

Yeah I gave ARob and Cordarelle for DJ Moore. Didnt work for this week but still glad I did it.

[–]hbrohi 20 points21 points  (0 children)

You mean league winner cordarrelle patterson!?!?

[–]LaBoltz33 5 points6 points  (0 children)

League winning Cordarelle? Lol. You got swindled 😂

[–]theSeanO 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I was able to trade him two weeks ago for James Robinson straight up.

I'm laughing all the way to the bank.

[–]MrJusticeWargrave 34 points35 points  (6 children)

Last week I got this offer sent to me:

Give: Allen Robinson and Miles Sanders

Receive: Christian McCaffrey

True story

[–]cnguyen100 24 points25 points  (2 children)

Nice. Are you that guys crack dealer or something. There’s gotta be some kind of ulterior motive.

[–]hmmIseeYou 11 points12 points  (1 child)

Prob CM owner thinking he will get hurt again

[–]LoveMeSexyJesus 23 points24 points  (0 children)

CMC could be in a coma and he’d still out-produce those two.

[–]cozmocash 3 points4 points  (1 child)

Mann I would tookl that without a second thought.

[–]MrJusticeWargrave 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I did a little bit of CMC injury research and then accepted. Wasn’t an insta-accept.

[–]Patriots_ 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I’m hoping he gets traded in real life, that’s the only hope I have for him

[–]destroooo11 5 points6 points  (1 child)

Sent Brady, Swift and Arob for Kamara and Hurts in a 2qb league, ARob is a non factor now.

[–]clevernamehere___ 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I was tilting and traded him for Fournette after week 2. I thought I sold too low but it’s payed off nicely.

[–]kyle_lowrys_butthole 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I traded him after week 2 for Julio Jones. I honestly don’t regret it

[–]batmans_a_scientist 0 points1 point  (1 child)

Offered Sutton for him before this game and am quite relieved it was rejected.

[–]Yellowmike09 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I just traded sutton away for rob this week. Annoyed with how Denver has been playing and jeudy coming back scares me… then he does this today 😐

[–]LilConfirmationBias 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’ve been trying to get him. Dude who has him (1-4) refuses to listen to trade offers because he doesn’t want to sell low.

[–]eric1971124 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You'd have to include him as a throw in

[–]Ultimate_Consumer 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hotel? Trivago

[–]jawzstheshark 0 points1 point  (1 child)

I got Calvin Ridley for him like 2 weeks ago

[–][deleted]  (33 children)

    [–]greeegoreo 564 points565 points  (14 children)

the worst kind of ff player to have

    [–]skullcutter 29 points30 points  (0 children)

I feel like you just described most of my roster

    [–]gingerhasyoursoul 7 points8 points  (0 children)

Yeah he’s proven he can be very good even with horrible QBs. You either trade him or sit on him.

    [–]jeanyanndecannes 28 points29 points  (12 children)

He’s definitely droppable. He doesn’t look good with the chances he gets, which are few. Separate your opinion from the name value

    [–]dontwantleague2C 9 points10 points  (11 children)

This is a bad take, if by name value u mean historical production that is terrible advice. He may not be a WR1, but a guy drafted in the third round isn’t a guy u drop after 5 weeks barring injury or something rly weird.

    [–]jeanyanndecannes 19 points20 points  (10 children)

    Sunk cost fallacy

    [–]dontwantleague2C 1 point2 points  (5 children)

It’s not the sunk cost fallacy, it’s the idea that since Allen Robinson has been great in the past despite bad QB play he’ll get to the point where he can succeed again, and at the very least shouldn’t be dropped. It’s not about the draft capital it’s the fact that ARob has been so good in the past.

    [–]jeanyanndecannes 2 points3 points  (4 children)

"This is a bad take, if by name value u mean historical production that is terrible advice. He may not be a WR1, but a guy drafted in the third round isn’t a guy u drop after 5 weeks barring injury or something rly weird."

You made the argument on the basis of draft capital, and now you're choosing to change your argument. Keeping someone just because you drafted them in a certain round is the definition of sunk cost fallacy.

    [–]Tomoromo9 4 points5 points  (2 children)

What makes him not droppable if you don’t plan on starting him?

    [–]ThunderIV 82 points83 points  (12 children)

I dropped Gaskin before this weeks games if that helps

    [–]KeeAnnu_Reads 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Me too. Haha, I’m thinking about picking him up again next week, im in second toast place so I have a good chance of getting him. I have nothing in terms of RB on my team

    [–][deleted] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Same. Told my brother I was dropping him so he picked him up. Had him on his bench though so didn't really benefit him

    [–]siege24 0 points1 point  (2 children)

Who did you drop him for? I did it for Lat Murray :/

    [–]Bucketkev 50 points51 points  (0 children)

He's been infuriating, even on my bench lol

    [–]Viscolucci 212 points213 points  (52 children)

My 3 starting WRs are Allen Robinson, Odell Beckham and Kenny Golladay... Drop them all?

    [–][deleted] 385 points386 points  (2 children)

Just look forward to next year man

    [–]ElMaloso87 13 points14 points  (0 children)

    Lmao 🤣

    [–]soto1653 75 points76 points  (0 children)

You were doomed from the start

    [–]thedevad 31 points32 points  (1 child)

    my condolences

    [–]trini2d_bone 20 points21 points  (0 children)

    Thoughts and prayers

    [–][deleted] 94 points95 points  (21 children)

I mean you did this to yourself. A-Rob is fine process, but OBJ and Golladay were both viewed as extremely high risk picks and you took both of them as starters. That's just poor drafting.

    [–]oak1andish 52 points53 points  (1 child)

    Hurtful, harsh but the truth

    [–]FrozenPhilosopher 14 points15 points  (0 children)

You don’t win the year in the draft, but you certainly can lose it lmao. Source: that guy

    [–]dontwantleague2C 17 points18 points  (14 children)

This sub is confusing af sometimes. Y’all advocate shooting for upside half the time and trying to avoid risks the other half with no rhyme or reason, to the extent when usually I’ve seen people discouraging risk taking when it’s reasonable and encouraging risk taking when it is just straight up dumb. Don’t get it tbh.

    [–][deleted] 6 points7 points  (9 children)

1.) The sub is not a hivemind, it's different people with different opinions.

2.) I actually advocate for high-risk approaches, but there's a difference between playing for upside and playing like you're god. Drafting OBJ and Golladay as your WR2 and WR3 is insane. If you wanted both of those guys you should've went WR heavy in the first 5 rounds so that you could actually afford to take those risks.

    [–]sifl1202 6 points7 points  (3 children)

it's just people thinking they're geniuses by analyzing what's happened in the past but couldn't have been predicted. for any position you don't prioritize in the draft, you're going to be picking risky players. for all we know, he could have taken derrick henry and najee harris in rounds 1-2 and be doing just fine.

    [–]DJsaxy 6 points7 points  (1 child)

Hindsight is a hell of a drug

    [–][deleted] 6 points7 points  (0 children)

It's not hindsight, we know both OBJ and Golladay were very high risk before we drafted. This guy just ignored risk profiles.

    [–]CaptainCookieCrisp 1 point2 points  (1 child)

Similar boat, I'm strongly considering dropping ARob or OBJ to get ahead of the waivers to get the colts D

    [–]nudiecale 0 points1 point  (0 children)

OBJ was dropped in my one 10 team league overnight last night, and he’s still sitting on waivers.

    [–]corn_starch_party2021 Accuracy Challenge Top 20 Average 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Make some trades for the future and enjoy that first overall pick next year.

    [–]badlilbadlandabad 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Ouch. Hope you got some stud RBs. Time to hit the waiver wire and turn this thing around!

    [–]Guezzwh0 4 points5 points  (11 children)

How did this happen? Not kidding

    [–]Sure_Veterinarian_22 14 points15 points  (10 children)

I mean it's reasonable to see how he ended up with those 3 WR's. It's just incredibly unlucky to brick on all of your picks at WR.

    [–]Guezzwh0 7 points8 points  (8 children)

Idk honestly. Depending on the league size or draft strategy, I can't see these 3 being your best WRs

    [–]TopFlightJayy 28 points29 points  (7 children)

Facts, he drafted only off name value and it shows lol

    [–]Guezzwh0 0 points1 point  (5 children)

I need to know where he drafted

    [–]skatinislife446 11 points12 points  (4 children)

I have Arob, Aiyuk, and OBJ as my starting 3 WR. Not the same but just as bad. I drafted 3rd and got Kamara, Ekeler, Mixon, Arob, Dobbins, Aiyuk, Herbert, OBJ in that order.

My plan was to shop a rb if my wr didn’t work out but Dobbins going down hurt my trade depth a lot and I haven’t hit on a wr pickup yet.

    [–]onlyfijiwater 8 points9 points  (3 children)

This is way more bad luck than bad process and I’d bet that’s the same for most of the ARob OBJ guys. No one foresaw what is going on with Robinson.

    [–]skatinislife446 1 point2 points  (2 children)

Yup. My idea was to anchor Arob as my wr1 and always start 3 rbs. Finding a wr2 should have been no problem.

Instead Arob and Aiyuk are looking like the biggest wr busts of the year.

    [–]Eliam19 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

It’s pretty bad planning though, OBJ and Golladay both had preseason injuries and big question marks. Pairing 2 high risk players like that is a bad idea if you need them to start.

    [–]unenthusedwriter 0 points1 point  (0 children)

When you got that go big or go home mentality… and you go home

    [–]ReverentUsername 0 points1 point  (1 child)

I feel you bro. I got Allen Robinson, Brandon Aiyuk, and Ju-Ju. Obviously didn't start Aiyuk or Ju-Ju, but waiver darts aren't much better. Probably going to be 0-5 here.

    [–]Cowgirlsd 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I started with allen, juju, callaway, and arob for wr.

Managed to tade/waiver to julio, allen, d williams, renfrow, jakobi

    [–]youseason 159 points160 points  (10 children)

First time owner, thought he was my safest pick

    [–]daver456 64 points65 points  (6 children)

    Chicago is never safe

    [–]Gumorak 36 points37 points  (2 children)

Arob was the only safe player in Chicago the last couple years. Now.. not so sure.

    [–]pfftYeahRight 11 points12 points  (1 child)

Montgomery when healthy... which is the same as like half the top RBs

    [–]andyschest 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Montgomery when healthy AND Nagy not calling plays.

    [–]LaBoltz33 4 points5 points  (0 children)

    Especially at night

    [–]DERBY_OWNERS_CLUB 5 points6 points  (1 child)

Someone apparently hasn't seen his stats previous years. Even with bad QBs last year.

    [–]ScarletJew72 10 points11 points  (0 children)

Even last year...when he was the WR12??

At this point last year, he was the WR14 (Standard). Right now, he's the WR68.

To say that this should have been expected is a take based only on hindsight.

    [–]UnloadedBakedPotato 5 points6 points  (2 children)

I kept him in a keeper league at round 4 thinking the same thing. I would very much like that pick back.

    [–]Stratobastardo34 31 points32 points  (3 children)

    I'm dropping him. Don't care

    [–]dboll2 6 points7 points  (2 children)

I’m right there with you. Every week I hold him I’m missing a chance at someone else.

    [–]OldeCzap 25 points26 points  (6 children)

I’m holding personally. Maybe try to throw him in a trade package or hope he gets traded to a team with a better offense.

    [–]smoosha 26 points27 points  (6 children)

This question gets asked so often... it's a question of your situation. Who you would pick up/start over him. He's still just as talented of a receiver. I don't think any rational ff player is dropping A Rob for the flavor of the week guy who had a good game, no.

    [–]nicholus_h2 23 points24 points  (5 children)

flavor of the week would be miles better than what we've gotten from ARob so far.

    [–]smoosha 0 points1 point  (4 children)

    talent, opportunity, situation

    [–]Dredd_Pirate_Barry 6 points7 points  (1 child)

    1/3 is bad right?

    [–]smoosha 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Yep, I'm not endorsing A Rob. Just saying some people might regret dropping him for Deonte Harris etc. I don't think he's droppable in 12t leagues though. All depends on your situation...

    [–]nicholus_h2 1 point2 points  (1 child)

the way it's looking, there's more of that on the wire than ARob has. maybe not the talent, but the other two for sure.

    [–]smoosha 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Don't disagree there, A Rob's production really all depends on Fields/Bears play-calling at this point imo. Big question mark. It's odd because he's looked good and has done well with 'subpar' passing QBs before - which is why I'd be hesitant to drop him this early unless you have tiny benches or something. If the volume increases he'll be valuable.

I will say though in a competitive league there's unlikely to be anyone as talented as him sitting there.

    [–]Hicitus_Picitus 17 points18 points  (2 children)

Depends on who your picking up. But i cant see anyone on waivers with more talent and opportunity. Frustrating for sure though

    [–]frogggy92 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I’m going to hopefully drop him for Rondale in a 10 team league.

    [–]Cowgirlsd 0 points1 point  (0 children)

    I dont see the opportunity.

Fields is only throwing him between 3-6 receptions a game while mooney gets 4-8 as a wr2 in the last 4 games.

    [–]TotalFNEclipse 107 points108 points  (1 child)

Drop and see what wtf happen. Imma snatch dat ass up

    [–]taco_2sdays 43 points44 points  (0 children)

    Ayo??

    [–]Automatic-Kangaroo70 9 points10 points  (0 children)

I’d be down for some people to make sacrifices so he starts showing signs of life. Not me though.

I’ve never wanted Andy Dalton to start so bad.

    [–]jayeljefe 36 points37 points  (6 children)

We all know how this goes. We drop him and he finishes the season with 1000 yards once again.

but yeah I'm pretty sure I'm going to drop him, the issue is there isn't really anyone to drop him for. The league I have him in is a 14 team league.

    [–]Pr0nade 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yup. I traded him after week 2 last year because it just looked like Mitch was never going to be able to get the ball to him.

Told myself I wouldn’t trade him this time… wish I hadn’t stuck to it

    [–]iBleeedorange 1 point2 points  (0 children)

That's only 68 yards a game for the rest of the year. Its not a 16 game season anymore. Averaging 10-12 a game for the rest of the year isn't bad but imo easily replaceable in smaller leagues.

    [–]10teja15 6 points7 points  (1 child)

As soon as you drop him someone else is gonna scoop him up

    [–]-Anguscr4p- 6 points7 points  (0 children)

TY Hilton status for sure. Bench him until he has a good game and then try to talk someone into buying him.

    [–]BoilingStorm269 20 points21 points  (5 children)

To talented to drop IMO. Wait it out until the hopeful big game comes 🤷‍♂️

    [–]quotemyfoot 1 point2 points  (2 children)

Also, there is a chance he gets traded to a contending team.

    [–]SilkyJohnson72 3 points4 points  (1 child)

Bears are over .500 now so I'm gonna say no, there's no way he's traded

    [–]quotemyfoot 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That's does make the chance smaller

    [–]Fragrant-Kale 0 points1 point  (0 children)

    This is the way

    [–]Mr-Dotties-Dad 39 points40 points  (13 children)

As a bears fan who watches every snap, my best advice is do not drop him. They were on the road with a QB making his second start and the gameplan has been appropriately run heavy.

Fields looks fantastic. If you watch the games and don’t focus on the box score, it’s there man. Dude is always looking deep and is super accurate. As he gets more starts, he’ll keep improving and be trusted with more.

Fields is the most talented QB ARob has ever had. Be patient, it’s coming.

    [–]cozmocash 10 points11 points  (0 children)

Thanks bro, this made me feel better. perhaps I'll put my bleach in the warmer and drink it when he could disappoint me when these bye weeks navigation start happening.

    [–]WIN011 8 points9 points  (0 children)

And I’ll throw in as a Packers fan that Robinson could be in for a good week next week against Kevin King and Eric Stokes, who has looked good but it ultimately still a rookie.

    [–]beejee05 5 points6 points  (4 children)

I agree with this sentiment. i'll keep starting him and hope my starters can pick up the slack. If AROB gets progressively better, he'll become a top10 wr by the 2nd half of the season no doubt.

    [–]Robitussin-pm 1 point2 points  (3 children)

Did you just say WR61 AROB can become a top 10 WR in 3 more games (start of 2nd half)? That is just absurd. And if "by the 2nd half of the season", you meant the end of the season, that is also absurd.

    [–]sifl1202 0 points1 point  (5 children)

fields looked really terrible against the browns, even on plays where he had time to throw. if he was really playing that well, he would be completing more passes. if 111 yards and 1 TD is a "fantastic" game from a team's QB, then that team definitely doesn't have any WRs worth playing in fantasy.

    [–]zsdu 10 points11 points  (0 children)

Yes, his name value no longer supports his situation

    [–]raymondkump 2 points3 points  (0 children)

It looked like him and Fields were clicking today and he had faith in him to make those closely contested catches that he so often makes. Fields only threw 20 passes and Arob had 5 targets, pretty good imo. I don’t really expect the Bears to hold a lead over the Packers for the majority of the game like today, so I do expect a better game next week

    [–]June8936 5 points6 points  (0 children)

    Yes

    [–]bargman 7 points8 points  (0 children)

If he hit the waiver wire I'd pick him up immediately.

    [–]KaneNine 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Today was his get right game and it didn’t happen. He’s bench worthy until Fields throws more than 25 passes per game

    [–]VeryPurpleRain 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I bought low on him, he will get better as him and Fields play more. He is a hold/bench right now.

    [–]b0zAizen 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Last week I dropped Aiyuk & Juju, this week I'm dropping Arob. Such a shit show this year

    [–]MachTommy 1 point2 points  (2 children)

I’m in a 6-Man league. Could drop him for Hollywood Brown. Would y’all do that? I’ve also got Godwin, AB, and Cooks.

    [–]Pimpdaddymatt822 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yes. No need to hold in a league that shallow

    [–]gswane 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Isn't Brown WR #6? Definitely grab him if you can

    [–]blatherskiters 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I get down voted if I say I’m going to drop ARob. So, after next week, if he hasn’t produced then I will no longer allow my 3rd rounder to sit on my bench.

    [–]Sure_Veterinarian_22 4 points5 points  (5 children)

Yes for Robinson. Yes for Golladay. Yes for Aiyuk. All are droppable that should answer about 30 threads this week.

    [–]ReasonableRiver6750 10 points11 points  (4 children)

No, this is the reactionary bullshit that makes this sub useless. Drop ARob and get who? Who on the waivers has higher upside?

    [–]crazywe 1 point2 points  (2 children)

I picked up Mike Williams after week 2 luckily to make up for drafting Robinson. He is a risky flex play for me at this point. But he has been on my bench the last 2 weeks. Waiting to see what happens with him when Andy Dalton comes back.

    [–]AlexKamal_PitFighter 5 points6 points  (1 child)

Dalton isn't coming back anymore. Bears announced that Fields is the starting QB for the rest of the season.

    [–]alisowski 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Assuming Fields survives. He took some hits that are bound to leave him pretty sore today.

    [–]cbc7155 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Nope you can’t drop him. Maybe he’ll get traded off the Bears since Mooney and Fields have a connection. Also it seems like they’re a run first team now

    [–]bobsaget824 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Bears fan here’s one thing to keep in mind our defense has been holding teams like the Bengals and now Raiders… so we’ve opted to just run the ball. This isn’t going to continue for much longer, they’re going to have to start airing it out in future games. Our next 2 games are the Packers and Bucs… and the Packers are likely without Jaire and the Bucs are also down secondary players. ARob will have a big week coming up. Drop him if you want but it’s going to happen.

    [–]barkomed 0 points1 point  (0 children)

    Mike Davis definitely is.

    [–]marshalleriksent 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If he was sitting on the waivers would you add him to your team? Answer is probably yes

    [–]DishonestAbraham 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If the bears start calling plays that don’t coddle their qb he’ll return to form… they were all run no throw today

    [–]bobbywellington 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm looking to buy so damn low that I'm not even sure I want to accept the og trade trade I was offered for my bench guys

    [–]OhMyGotti 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I dropped him this week for mattison on a hunch that dalvin might not play. I also traded for Amari Cooper this week to go with Jamarr Chase and Scary Terry. Also picked up Toney. I would say yes if you have a good WR core or if you’re 1-3(Me) and need more upside

    [–]frogggy92 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’m dropping him this week. Better options on the wire. For example, I picked Toney up and started him today.

    [–]Taserface616 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Imma hold. Based off his talent he should have a few good games. Then sell him.

    [–]taco_2sdays 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Traded him for Robert woods before the Rams game. I’d say get whatever you can for him tbh

    [–][deleted] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

He could be traded before the deadline so just cross your fingers

    [–]NapoleonDaPig 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Traded him and Tannehill for Fields and Godwin. I needed help quickly at WR and we’ll see what happens with Fields but I’m glad I don’t have to stress about ARob anymore 🤷🏻‍♂️

    [–]JeanBiotto 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I don't think he's droppable but if I had him, I'd probably try to package him in a trade

    [–]PaxDinero 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Keeping him, I imagine he gets traded

    [–]MFLBsublime 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Was able to trade him for Robert woods two weeks ago. Feeling good about that now

    [–]cigamodnalro 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Someone just traded AB for him in my league. He’s playing like shit but he still has value.

    [–]eric1971124 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Bench him and use him as an injury or bye week fill in

    [–]juce49 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm probably dropping his ass this week

    [–]NickFF2326 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Chances a team trades for him? Have no clue of his contract situation or anything just looking for a reason to keep him

    [–]616GoBlue 0 points1 point  (2 children)

What have people been able to trade for him? Have him on my bench, wondering what people have gotten for him?

    [–]mfasser 0 points1 point  (0 children)

    Someone got Melvin Gordon. Yah

    [–]DPRODman11 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Not droppable at all, but absolutely bench-able

    [–]mawp23 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’m just holding him until he string together a couple good games and then trade him. He has to have a couple for good games right? Right guys?

    [–]maxmyboyblue 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Literally came here to say this...

    [–]ric05uave 0 points1 point  (0 children)

    Same for AJ Brown

    [–]SmokeWeedPlaywithDog 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Fuck all this noise. If you can replace him with someone who actually is producing go for it! Definitely drop IF you have a chance to grab Toney, or if someone was dumb enough to drop Monty, etc.

    [–]Mr-RandyLahey 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Too much talent to drop yet. Obviously things aren't going well, but the bears are at the bottom for pass attempts. While they aren't going to gameplan for lots of passing, it should still come up a fair amount.

There should at least be someone in your league who's willing to trade for a big name WR with talent.

    [–]CallMePeePz 0 points1 point  (0 children)

He should be but it's so hard to given the draft capital... Which means he takes up a bench slot (only 1 WR on bench in our league) and that's absolutely worse.

A.Rob, Golladay, Shenault, DeVante Smith - All bust WR team

    [–]Jet_black_li 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Lol thing is at this point even if he has a boom game I dont think people are gonna buy in. So imo if you have someone to pick up you might as well.

You haven't been starting him up til now. Worse case scenario he suddenly consistently becomes an avg 15 ppr pts a week guy like last year.

    [–]samwisegordon 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Not today but I bench him and play Mooney

    [–]Jim_Nills_Mustache 0 points1 point  (0 children)

God how sad is it to even have this question be asked

    [–]TyrionJoestar 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Talent is there, so it’s hard for me to drop him tbh. I’m hoping he gets traded irl to a team with a competent QB/OC

    [–]PM_ME_DARKSOULS_LORE 0 points1 point  (1 child)

I was in the same boat with him and Boyd. The talent is clearly there, but someone else can figure out when to play him and put up with the bad games. I dropped Boyd a couple weeks ago and I'm probably gonna drop Robinson this week. Let him be someone else's headache.

    [–]NomoNumbaSixteen 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Funny. I traded Boyd for ARob lol

    [–]One-Inch-Punch 0 points1 point  (0 children)

He got dropped in my league last week. No one picked him up.

    [–]Golden-Tate-Warriors 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Can't drop him, can't start him, can't trade him unless you want the backup RB on the Chargers. I pity his drafters.

    [–]duudewhatdoesminesay 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Someone in my league just traded him for Waddle before this weeks games

    [–]The_Implication_2 0 points1 point  (0 children)

    I traded for him 😢😢😢😢😢😢😢

    [–]KarrlMarrx 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I mean I'd give you a good handcuff or like a solid bye week flex type guy, but that's it.

    [–]Dj_sleep_ez 0 points1 point  (0 children)

At the very least flip him for a defense with consecutive strong weeks and a hurt player

    [–]GMHoodwink 0 points1 point  (0 children)

    Get Kadarius Toney

    [–]Objective_Gas9886 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Alex Collins + arob for Carolina D + tee Higgins.

    Thoughts?

    [–]TeeReQs 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Have him on two teams..started E. Sanders over him this week though, so not all bad

    [–]judiciousjones 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Look at Robert Woods as an example of the kind of situation you may be looking at. Admittedly I'd say ARob is worse this season. Woods was wr4 tier for 4 weeks and then boom. Will he sustain this production? Who knows, but his value in the trade market just exploded even if you don't think he'll keep it up.

Trade, don't drop unless it's a really shallow league.

    [–]mper33 0 points1 point  (0 children)

    Traded ARob+Cooks+Damien Harris+Trey Lance

    For

    Ceedee Lamb+Dan Jones+Javonte Williams

Feel like that trade gets rejected if I offered tomorrow instead of yesterday

    [–]Trust_me_im_a_Viking 0 points1 point  (0 children)

10 team league for sure - you’ll find a decent amount of people doing better than him

    [–]MrTurner82 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You could drop him in hopes that someone else starts him and he of course flops casing them to lose. #winningstrategy?

    [–]Cowgirlsd 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Traded him for julio. Nagy and fields kill all arob value
