I slammed this right when I saw it. He can go over in 1 catch honestly.

So, who IS the odd man out with Warriors next year? by TheSocraticGadfly in nba

And I don’t think that made them good leaders in those spots either. It’s not like one of those guys punching a teammate is what put them over the top either it was an insane amount of talent.

I mean he’s lowering his trade value before the season has even started

He’s one of the leaders of the team for sure but unless Poole was very far out of line with something then there’s no justifying hitting him. Hitting your teammate is not being a good enforcer.

Contending because Stearns consistently churns out above average rosters out of below average payrolls.

See this is all fine and good but then don’t sit there and act like you care about winning the most when you don’t. He wants to win on his profit margins not win at all costs. He can run his franchise that way but don’t sit there every interview and act like you’re bending over backwards for an over the hill Andrew Mccutchen as you’re buying a soccer team. Everything he says is just so disingenuous because he cares about the money more than the winning.

Wojnarowski: "Poole wasn't hurt by the punch and completed his workout before leaving the practice floor on Wednesday, sources said." by Michael_B_Lopez in nba

Draymond always talks but didn’t think he’d be stupid enough to punch someone let alone a teammate in practice

In 2018, DeMarcus Cousins turned down a 2-year, $40M extension from the Pelicans after tearing his Achilles. He's made less than $14M since. by tdotshark in nba

He’s made 94 million in his career. If he blows through that quickly, he’ll sure as shit blow through an extra 40 million too. Athletes either have good financial stability around them or they don’t, no in between.

[Mo Dakhil] The NBA needs to flatten the lottery odds, 1-14. Might not fully fix the tank but at least teams won't go out of their way to be unwatchable. by lopea182 in nba

Conversely teams that aren’t FA destinations have no other way to improve than to hit long shot picks in the late lottery.

[Slater] Donte DiVincenzo: "So when I got traded, I was all over the place. I thought I was going to Boston. I think I was supposed to go for Dennis Schröder to Boston. I don’t know what happened. Somebody might’ve wanted too much. But that was my impression. The Sacramento one came out of nowhere.” by NokCha_ in nba

Serge was all we got. Got a pair of 2nds too but obviously that doesn’t influence a series. Schroeder would’ve been interesting, I don’t think he’d have fit well if Khris were healthy but we definitely could’ve used his creation once we lost Khris. Its too bad Houston didn’t buy him out.

But the way Carter was playing I would’ve preferred him over Schroeder and definitely over what we got in Hill.

If Blake Griffin stayed healthy his whole career, where do you think he would rank all time? by Ok-Price556 in nba

Yea I looked and he finished 3rd in mvp that year so for one year I suppose

That is how I remember it too. We ask for Dennis, y’all say you want Donte in return, we say add Grant and that’s the end of it. Don’t think it was ever all that close, Donte was worth more than Schroeder but not nearly enough to add Grant in.

Was Blake ever considered top 3? You have LeBron and KD taking 2 of those spots most years and between going from Kobe to Curry/Harden I’m not sure Blake ever topped them.
