It might say that quote word for word but - nearly everything else in that source you shared points to more gains come from using the well researched hypertrophy range of 8-12 reps.

He said size gains are 10 to 20 percent more with 8 to 12 reps but he is just minimizing it because some people assume the 8 to 12 rep range would make larger gains.

I'd change the produce. Have half of the items be bulk and half be regular sized. I think it would create more foot traffic this way. I'd shop at Costco more for sure.

From what I remember all reps effectively build muscle but the greatest overlap with muscle types gaining size is around 8 to 12 IF your target is size.

Part of your issue is repetition and guiding the poses. Take a hundred shots with her in a different pose and 90 would be better than this one. You have to be a fast working director behind the lens. You can't just wait for a lucky shot.
