In an adorable video, Grayce the pit bull (left), expressed her gratitude to foster mom Stevoni Wells Doyle (center) when she gently picked up her 11 puppies (right) and placed each of them in her lap. As her foster mom sat on the floor across from where Grayce gave birth to 10 boys and one girl, the sweet dog was seen placing the last three pups in her arms. The cute moment lasted for nearly two minutes as Grayce enjoyed all of the love and attention from Doyle and her puppies. Grayce was previously neglected in her last home and 'needed a safe environment to have her pups,' Doyle said. The adorable pooch has been living with Doyle in Utah for about three weeks. Applications to adopt Grayce and her pups will be available in February through Rescue Rovers.

A Mississippi woman looking for a late-night burger may have unwittingly gotten something extra with her order. Sky Juliette Samuel (pictured) was working the late shift at Jack's Family Restaurant in Columbus, Mississippi on January 7 when police suspect she smeared menstrual blood and saliva on a customer's burger. The alleged food tainting happened after a woman at the drive-thru 'got an attitude' with Samuel, a female co-worker said. Samuel has been arrested for 'knowingly selling unwholesome bread or drink,' a felony with a potential five-year jail sentence.

A huge two mile-long crack has been discovered in the desert in Arizona. Drone footage uploaded to YouTube by the Arizona Geological Survey (AZGS) shows the massive fissure splitting the desert's surface in the Tator Hills area of southern Pinal County. The film shows people dwarfed by the crack as they stand next to the edge, as the drone flies over the wide open crack which extends farther into the earth then the eye can see.

Bodycam footage from Fort Worth Police officer William Martin was released on Thursday showing the violent arrest of black woman Jacqueline Craig and her 15-year-old daughter last month. Craig had called police on December 21 to report that a neighbor had choked her 7-year-old son for allegedly littering in his yard. Shocking video captures Martin violently pushing Craig and her daughter to the ground and pressing tasers into their backs. The footage also shows Martin pushing the girl into the police car and appearing to kick her seconds after she tries to get into the vehicle with her arms handcuffed behind her back. Footage recorded by one of Craig's daughters at the time of the arrest has been viewed millions of times on Facebook since it was posted last month. It prompted outrage in the community as people protested and demanded the officer be fired. Martin served a 10-day suspension and has since returned to work.

A macaque monkey attentively held a stray dog in its arms after discovering it was abandoned on a city's busy streets. The primate adopted the puppy after finding it was on its own in the neighbourhood of Kareli in Allahabad, India. It could be seen picking up the black and tan dog and carrying it through the streets, before stopping as people gathered to watch the unusual sight. After pausing in the middle of a walkway, the monkey then picked up the puppy and continued to walk a bit further.

A 16-year-old student from Illinois will be charged as a juvenile after she was seen on video viciously attacking a classmate on the bus home from school on Monday. Video of the incident, which was filmed by one of the attacker's friends and then posted on Facebook, shows the attacker hurl a bottle of water at the victim (left), before unloading a series of punches (middle). The fight continued until a male student stepped in to break it up (right). 'F**k with me again, b***h. Say sorry, say you're sorry. Say you're sorry, b***h,' the attacker is heard saying in the video. Police said officers have been told different stories by the girls as to why the fight took place.

The armed thug entered a petrol station in the Northern German city of Hanover on January 22 at around 9.25am. Armed with the huge sword, he was easily able to lean over the counter to threaten the 35-year-old cashier by sticking the blade close to his throat. Hanover police released CCTV footage from the petrol station after their investigation during the first days after the attack did not lead to an arrest. The suspect is said to be about 30 to 40 years old, about 5' 8" tall, with dark hair and a light tint on his face. The perpetrator also had a conspicuous red box with him.

This lion cub enjoyed a grooming session as it was slobbered by two lionesses in its pride. Wildlife photographer Paul Goldstein, who runs photographic tours for adventure travel, captured the adorable moment the cub was licked by a lioness on both sides. Mr Goldstein spotted the youngster earlier this month during a tour in the Masai Mara national reserve.

A mind-bending optical illusion which sees a straight stick easily pass through a curved hole has been explained in a video filmed in America. The puzzling trick sees the small red pole fit into a bendy slot after it rotates around a circular base, similar to a turntable. In a video, the creator of the illusion, Make Anything, explains how the 'trick' - called Straight Pole, Curved Hole - works. The base of the pole, which is at an angle, passes through the hole first and each section of the rest of the pole slowly follows. It then works upward until the whole pole fits through the curved hole.

Footage shows the biker cutting into the fast lane by passing under a truck carrying a massive steel beam in Texas. He then cuts back into the slow lane by riding beneath another moving semi-truck further up the highway. Social media users were quick to criticize the motorcyclist for the dangerous manoeuvre.
