She's not one to shy away from documenting what goes on inside her doctor appointments.

And Kim Kardashian took to Snapchat on Sunday after visiting her plastic surgeon's office in the early hours of the morning.

The 36-year-old reality star happily told her fans that she and her trusted doctor, Dr. Simone Ourian, 'worked on [her] stretch marks,' though it remains unclear which part of the body.

Driving back from her visit, the Keeping Up With The Kardashian star added a quirky bunny animation, which changed her voice to a higher-pitched sound, as she expressed her gratefulness to the doctor.

She said on the social media app: 'I feel so excited that I finally did it.'

Adding: 'I've been so scared to do it thinking it hurts so badly, and it didn't hurt that badly. So I'm so grateful, and I'm so excited. I love you Dr. Ourian.'

The wife of 39-year-old Kanye West left the office dressed in an all-black ensemble, still managing to show off her svelte figure in tight leggings.

She kept it simple with an oversize hooded sweatshirt, bright white sneakers, and accessorized with her leather snakeskin purse and black shades.

Kim later took to Snapchat after her appointment as she snuggled with three-year-old daughter North West as the two played around with the app's filters.

Kim is back at Dr. Simone Ourian's office for a tune up. The fam is known for their love for surgical enhancements and the best way to be comfortable after the procedure is to wear athleisure.

Kim decided to dress cas with a oversized hoodie, black leggings and a pair of white sneakers for her fix me up.

Kim has constantly promoted the cosmetic dermatologist who has helped her and her family maintain their contoured aesthetic.

The star herself underwent laser surgery removing stretch marks from her breasts as well as her sister Khloé Kardashian, 32, who removed her cellulite at the famed Epione salon.

Dr. Ourian also happens to be the plastic surgeon behind 19-year-old Kylie Jenner's plumped lip.

Meanwhile, Kim has been on her usual go-getter schedule as she jetted to New York Fashion Week earlier this week where she supported Kanye's Yeezy 5 debut collection on the runway.

According to a Thursday report from People, the rapper would like her to attend Paris Fashion Week - just months after her traumatizing experience in October when she was robbed at gunpoint of millions of dollars in jewelry in Paris.

While it is not known if Kim will attend, her half-sister Kendall Jenner will be walking in the runway shows from February 28 until March 8.
