My criteria are that the airport is far away from downtown, a majority of visitors stay or do business downtown, and that there are train lines to connect to downtown. Below is my list.
Dulles- 28 miles from downtown, tourism and business is mostly in D.C and Arlington, and Washington Union Station has WTMA, Amtrak, MARC, and VRE.
Ohare- 18 miles from downtown, tourism and business is mostly in the loop, and downtown has connections to CTA, Metra, South Shore Line, and Amtrak

MiniDisc is a recordable audio and data format introduced by Sony in 1992 and mostly discontinued by 2013. It was most commonly used as a music format and is still popular in retro tech and several music communities.

Passenger and freight rail and trains, including transit, in and related to New York City.
This new rail system would provide a direct rail link (without involving the AirTrain) between all three major NYC airports as well as major city centers in Newark, Jersey City, Manhattan, and Brooklyn. This system could also replace the NWK-WTC PATH line in favor of my previous .

Airport Express has been sold and is now called Groome. An unfortunate name considering all the verbal garbage coming out of the Florida governor but the main complaint is the price went up about $10 - $48 each way. This may still be the company of choice for single travelers but I typically go with my wife so $20 makes a difference when you calculate in the taxi fare from the drop off or pick up location. If anyone can offer an alternative to this I would appreciate it, I don't trust Uber to show up at odd hours (I sometimes take a red eye flight).

The walk to express pickup at Sydney airport is anything but express. It is longer than Martin Luther King's long march to freedom. You took things into your hands and decided to organize a better ride home from the airport. Sydney airport makes the best use of this last opportunity to make you feel miserable. You walk through a maze of left and right turns through decrepit, industrial size car parks. You wish you reached the express pickup at every turn, only to realize you did not. Add more fun to the experience, if you are carrying heavy luggage and kids in tow
