    A4 Everyone wants to know what value they'll derive from their . Leaders are no different. If you can't explain to leaders how being open, sharing, recognising others and listening to keep a finger on the pulse of the business is valuable, then nothing will work.

    Yes! We have to bridge the tech/biz gap. Biz folks have to comprehend tech an led tech folks have to think business outcomes and user experience first. Must have balance, not constant negotiation.

    (Continued) ...it’s easy for CIOs & execs to blame the trenches for failures when soldiers just followed the marching orders - so until humility is in the “biz owner ranks” and/or the tech gap betwn biz/tech ((cont.) is bridged, then CIO projects R playing roulette

    One of the hardest parts of my job (and for customers as well) is that almost all vendors are no longer silos. Wait... yes that is a good thing! However, now that everyone integrates with everyone, it's complex to keep up.

    In many cases a robust strategy requires a mature data strategy. Many pilots fail due to low data availability and/or data quality.

    In the eyes of many leaders, artificial intelligence and cognitive technologies are the most disruptive forces on the horizon. But most organizations don't have a strategy to address them.
