This documentary seeks to demystify and educate local communities on the EIA process. It uses a storyline to show the importance of EIA process in relation to the community.
The story revolves around a village which has been informed that a thermal power plant is proposed to be set up near their village. The villagers are initially happy that the project proponents have offered job opportunity for one person per household for the entire village; however, later they come to know that their livelihood, health and environment could be affected to a great extent if they were not vigilant and this creates fear in their minds. This fear is assuaged by Kathiresan’s son- Muthu’s friend, Jayaprasad, who explains to them about the EIA process notified by the Government, where they could participate in the public consultation process that is mandated under the EIA notification and explains about effectively participating in the public hearing. He also tells them that the project can take off only if all parameters were complied with and EC given, and if there was any problem, they could approach the NGT.

Environmental impact
The environmental impacts of the TANBREEZ Project on the environment have been assessed.
The Greenlandic guidelines require identification of potential pollution and disturbance impacts. A number of specific studies have been carried out to assist the EIA process. These include studies of the tailings material and waste rock to determine if metals would leach out if the materials are deposited in water. A study has tested if the tailings could leach toxic substances. Staffs from Nuuk Museum have surveyed the project area for cultural heritage sites and biologists have studied the flora and fauna.
The conclusion is that if the mitigating measures proposed in the EIA report are implemented and the mining activities are carried out in accordance to good environmental practice then the significance of the impacts on the environment will be low. No significant contamination by toxic materials or other pollutants is expected to take place. Dust dispersal will be small and no local and/or key animals (such as White-tailed eagle or Arctic char) or plants will decline or be displaced because of the mine project.
Cultural and natural values
Greenlandic cultural and natural values are closely connected to social values as the traditional and cultural activities involves many social events and a rich social life.
The conclusion of the Local use report carried out by Orbicon in 2010 is that overall mining activities will have little negative impact on local use of natural resources. The findings and conclusions of the Local Use study were confirmed during the interviews and focus groups research activities performed by the SIA team.
The low negative impacts will be perceived from construction phase and through the life of the mine

Die verschiedenen sozialen Rollen seien durch die Kulturen willkürlich festgelegt und bedeuteten eine Einengung, die überwunden werden müsste.
Harald Eia geht dieser Theorie nach und findet... (sehen Sie selbst).
Nach Ausstrahlung des Films im norwegischen Fernsehen 2010 brach eine breite Debatte über Sinn und Unsinn der Gender-Theorie aus. Schließlich beendete das Parlament die Finanzierung von Gender-Instituten mit Steuermillionen.
In Mitteleuropa haben die Medien den Film bisher noch erfolgreich ignoriert. Schließlich soll der Wahnsinn bei uns ja weitergehen, jüngst wieder mit "Frauenquote" in Führungspositionen. Begründung: Fehlanzeige.
Da wird es Zeit, dass neben der EURO- und der Bereicherungs-Lüge auch die Gender-Lüge entlarvt wird.

Eia
Eia or Eye was a Medieval manor in Middlesex and now part of Central London. A smaller manor called Ebury or Eybury, and the village of Eye Cross, were originally part of the manor of Eia – and derive their names from it. Both Ebury and a corruption of it, Avery, can still be found in the names of local streets and other places.
The broader area covered by the original manor of Eia included much of the present SW1 postcode area, including: Hyde Park (which dates from 1536), the grounds of Buckingham Palace (1703) and Belgravia, a country road known later as Park Lane and most parts of Mayfair, Pimlico, and Knightsbridge.
The name Eia is believed to have originated as a latinisation of the Anglo-Saxon toponym eyai, which means "island", in reference to a marsh that once dominated the area.
Middle Ages
Eia was a rural manor during the early medieval period, located on land around the underground River Tyburn (which still flows beneath the courtyard and south wing of Buckingham Palace), immediately west and north of Thorney Island, which became the site of Westminster Abbey.

Environmental impact The environmental impacts of the TANBREEZ Project on the environment have been assessed. The Greenlandic guidelines require identification of potential pollution and disturbance impacts. A number of specific studies have been carried out to assist the EIA process. These include studies of the tailings material and waste rock to determine if metals would leach out if the materials are deposited in water. This documentary seeks to demystify and educate local communities on the EIA process. It uses a storyline to show the importance of EIA process in relation to the community.
The story revolves around a village which has been informed that a thermal power plant is proposed to be set up near their village. The villagers are initially happy that the project proponents have offered job opportunity for one person per household for the entire village; however, later they come to know that their livelihood, health and environment could be affected to a great extent if they were not vigilant and this creates fear in their minds. This fear is assuaged by Kathiresan’s son- Muthu’s friend, Jayaprasad, who explains to them about the EIA process notified by the Government, where they could participate in the public consultation process that is mandated under the EIA notification and explains about effectively participating in the public hearing. He also tells them that the project can take off only if all parameters were complied with and EC given, and if there was any problem, they could approach the NGT.

Dust dispersal will be small and no local and/or key animals (such as White-tailed eagle or Arctic char) or plants will decline or be displaced because of the mine project.
Cultural and natural values
Greenlandic cultural and natural values are closely connected to social values as the traditional and cultural activities involves many social events and a rich social life.
The conclusion of the Local use report carried out by Orbicon in 2010 is that overall mining activities will have little negative impact on local use of natural resources. The findings and conclusions of the Local Use study were confirmed during the interviews and focus groups research activities performed by the SIA team.
The low negative impacts will be perceived from construction phase and through the life of the mine
