The description can be read as follows; 1) Beautiful looking ASN WAM-4# 21384 enters Durg with 1hr late running 13425 Malda Town Surat Express. I did a journey last year from Durg to Nagpur and we covered 261kms in 4hrs with 2 scheduled halts, 3 unscheduled halts due to chain pulling and cruising through a 12km ghat section between Darekasa and Salekasa. 2) After a few minutes, my train accelerates from Durg and I wave goodbye to railfan Doctor Dhaval Mavani. Many thanks to him, Avinash Patil and Anurag Dubey who made me explore Bhilai tirelessly for 3-4 days. 3) My train (Malda Town Surat Express) thunders through Shivnath Bridge near Durg at a good speed. 4) My train shows great aggression at Rasmara station. 5) We speed through Murhipar at well above 100kph. 6) We speed through Parmalkasa station 7) Skipping Raj Nandgaon 8) We speed through rural Bakal station. I love stations having flat platforms just as flat as Kolhapuri Chhapal. 9) Skipping Musra station 10) After clearing a speed restriction, we accelerate at Paniya Job station with a bonus capture of BIA WAM-4. WAM-4's are oldest running electric locomotives on Indian Railways 11) After a few metres at Paniya Job, we came to a halt due to chain pulling. After 5mins, we started accelerating and Pune Howrah Superfast Azad Hind Express crosses us at a great speed. 12) Entering Darekasa station. Also got a bonus catch of brand new white monster WAP-7, WAG-5 and 200th WAG-9# 31475 called ASHOK. Darekasa to Salekasa is 12km long ghat section with sharp curves and dense forests all around. It has steep gradients. Express trains run at 50kph max and freights require a single banker in the end. 13) We cruise through the only tunnel in this ghat section ( Darekasa - Salekasa) 14) We cruise through the dense forests of this beautiful ghat section 15) Taking a sharp curve at this beautiful ghat section 16) Showing superb aggression at Gudma station 17) We accelerate from Gondia Junction after a 5min scheduled halt. Train on left is 12106 Gondia Mumbai Cst Vidharbha Express and we also cross Raipur bound MEMU. 18) Showing aggression at Gangajhari station 19) Speeding past Kachewani station 20) We skip Tumsar Road station.
