Fallout New Vegas- The Legend of Little Yangtze- Collared Ghouls, eternal imprisonment and father elijah. Little Yangtze was a pre-war internment camp/POW for Chinese citizens. They claim the Chinese were infiltrators, but that is a load of shit. When you approach, a large number of Sentry Bots will spawn nearbye, so be careful. Upon entering, the 4 ghouls present will attack you and then run for the gate. Their heads will explode. As you get closer, you realized that they are wearing the same overalls that we wore in the Sierra Madre, and that they have bomb collars, also found in the Sierra Madre, strapped to their necks. Out the front are many destroyed Sentry Bots. Up the hill to the left of the camp, 2 survivors called Number 34 and Number 27 can be found. They are named after characters in the Count of Monte Cristo. Inside the watchtower, we find a poster of Vera Keyes and some disarmed bomb collars. The terminal entries then tell us that Father Elijah was here, and that the robots out the front are probably his doing. The terminals tell us that he was looking for the Sierra Madre, and if you listen closely to the speakers around the camp, you can hear the message playing through them. Christine Royce was also in the abandoned building beside it, and was apparently taken by robots. Elijah then set out to find the Sierra Madre, and the prisoners remained until we show up.
