Some people do it in the shower. Actress Lauren Bacall told Humphrey Bogart to do it in the movie "Casablanca". And now two thousand Lithuanians have been doing it to break a record and rid their country of the recession. STORYLINE Lithuania, like its Baltic neighbours, is in the grip of the world financial and economic crisis. The country's government is constantly searching for ways to cope with the worsening situation. But to the Lithuanian people it looks more and more like the government is whistling in the wind. The people of Panevezys, a town of 100,000 people, 130 kilometres from the capital Vilnius, took matters, and their whistles, into their own hands Tuesday (24 February). For centuries the Lithuanian people warded off evil spirits tormenting the country by whistling at them. And Tuesday the people of Panevezys came out onto the streets to whistle away the evil spirits which have brought recession to the small Baltic country. Local authorities bought two thousand whistles, some of which were handed out free of charge, others were sold to whistlers for a Euro (just over one US Dollar). In spite of the crisis there was a festive mood in the air, since the march coincided with the celebration of Pancake Week, which also deals with the chasing out of a milder evil force, Winter. The procession, headed by the mayor, ended up in a city square where the straw effigy of Winter will be burned next Sunday. At the bang of a drum, the whistling started. It wasn't tuneful or particularly pretty, but few Lithuanians will care about that if they succeed in scaring away the financial crisis. And they may also have set a world record for the most number of people blowing a whistle at the same time. The record is currently held by 600 children from Littleton Middle School in America. To beat the record they had to whistle for 10 seconds. It is very possibly the world's most annoying record but the people of Panevezys will take any good news in the current climate. DOPESHEET Lithuania has welcomed the third and the final shipment of Euro banknotes flown from Germany and will start to use Euro on the 1 of January. The Central Bank has confirmed that the entire amount of Euro banknotes for Lithuania - some 132 million banknotes weighing 114 tons - has been safely delivered to the vaults of the Bank of Lithuania. This is the largest shipment of cash that was ever sent to Lithuania. Just as two previous shipments the third one was delivered during rush hours without any announcement in order to maintain absolute security. Helicopter and snipers on the roofs have accompanied the cargo all the way round to the vault of Lithuanian Central Bank. Lithuania will use Euro from the 1 of January in 2015. European Commission and European Union council have already recognized that Lithuania meets Maastricht criteria and gave the official green light for Euro adoption. Lithuania’s previous bid to join the euro area in 2007 was rejected, because inflation was by whisker too high. According to the treaty, Lithuania borrows first banknotes from German Central bank until a special certified banknote printing house will be opened. Euro coins were minted in Lithuania. Lithuania is seven years behind schedule bringing in the euro this January 1st. It has been lined up to replace its litas currency since 2002 but its struggle amid the global financial crisis kept putting this off. Estonia adopted the euro in 2011, and Latvia in 2014. The experience has been positive for them. Vilnius hopes that by becoming the 19th member of the euro bloc, Lithuania’s trade will get a boost and its borrowing costs will fall. In the 28-member European Union, 337 million people now share a common currency, with three million Lithuanians. They have gone through a years-long stretch of tough budget cuts which led 150,000 of them to leave the country. Now the government forecasts a long-term rise in GDP of 1.3 percent linked to the adoption of the euro. It is anticipating GDP growth of 2.9 percent for 2014, helping (if confirmed) the country to recover from a 15 percent contraction in 2009 at the height of the global financial crisis. At least one agency (Fitch) expects the economy to grow by 3.5 percent this year, three times as fast as the euro zone as a whole. Lithuania’s credit rating is now well into investment grade, despite rising political tensions. IG market analyst Alastair McCaig underscored: “There is certainly a long-standing history of insecurity being felt by many of these Baltic nations very much lying in the middle between Russia and the West, and I think any further allegiance they can have with the western business environment would further strengthen their sense of security.” Some 60 percent of Lithuania’s exports go to EU partners today, 20 percent to Russia. In a determined drive for energy independence from its former Soviet supplier, Lithuania acquired a giant liquefied natural gas vessel in October, which makes importing from Norway a competitive option. 101st Annual Lithuanian Festival in Frackville, PA It is the longest running consecutive ethnic festival in the United States. The Knights of Lithuania Anthracite Council No. 144 was the sponsor of the celebration and of all things Lithuanian – culture, heritage, language, ethnic food, local history of the immigrants who settled in the coal region and in America at large. “The Most Precious Colors”, the first soundtrack is a relatively new song about the three colors of the Lithuanian flag and how they are the heart of Lithuania. Yellow symbolizes the sun; green is the color of the fields; and red represents the blood of Lithuanians. Baltic Amber is gathered from the Lithuanian shores of the Baltic Sea. It dates from 44 million years ago when resin from forests in that area created more than 100,000 tons of amber. “Uzgavenes” - Lithuanian Mardi Gras is one of the most jubilant Lithuanian holiday celebrations. Seven weeks before Easter and the day before Ash Wednesday, the celebration marks the end of winter and the beginning of Lent.. They dress up as a scary character such as a witch or a devil to scare winter away. The holiday focuses on defeating the coldest season of the year. A theatrical battle between Porker, representing Winter, and Hempen Man, representing Spring, is presented in the village square. Hempen Man always wins the battle. Everyone dances and frolics in a variety A buxom female effigy of winter is paraded through town. She is made of straw and decorated with garish rouged lips and cheeks. At the climax of the celebration she is burned at the stake to symbolize the death of winter. The effect of the burning is tremendous. Elated people dance around the effigy and sing traditional songs late into the night until the first rooster crows for the dawn of Lent. “Vellykos: Lithuanian Easter is the most sacred of their holidays. Since the climate is too cold for palm trees, they make palms by decorating spruce branches with flowers. Holy Thursday is a time for titual cleansing of the entire house and everything in it, including the inhabitants. Good Friday is somber and children are forbidden to make noise. Holy Saturday is fun with the staining of traditional Easter eggs using natural dyes extracted from bark, leaves, fruit, and vegetables. Sometimes they create “Marguciai” which are hand painted or hand etched works of art. Easter Sunday children find eggs that the Easter Granny left. After church the family dines on a scrumptious breakfast with the contents of the food basket that was concentrated on Holy Saturday. Lithuanian Christmas Customs: Christmas Eve dinner is the most symbolic meal of the year. Fresh hay is sprinkled under the linen tablecloth as a reminder of how the Christ Child was born in a manger. For Christmas Eve Supper the family sits at the table according to age, the oldest at the head of the table, the youngest is at its foot. If a family member has died, they place a plate and chair at the table, along with a small candle, to welcome the spirit to participate in one last family gathering. Christmas Eve is a day of strict fasting. People restrain from eating until the first star appears in the sky. It is the sign that the abstinence may be broken. A crucifix and a plate of blessed Christmas wafers are placed in the center of the table. The family members break and share these symbolic Christmas wafers to bring the family everyone closer together. After the ceremony, the meal begins. Twelve meatless dishes are served. They commemorate the Twelve Apostles and some of the dishes have additional significance. The herring is for the distasteful things to come. Wedding Traditions: The high-point of the wedding is the hour-long sacramental celebration and holy mass. After that comes the traditional veselija or wedding feast. Probably the most important feature of the Lithuanian wedding feast is the songs, music, and dances. The wedding tree, a symbol of youth and fertility, hangs from the ceiling above the bridal pair. Organizational History The Lithuanian World Center (LWC) is located at 14911 W. 127th Street in Lemont. It is a 150,000 square foot building located on approximately 18 acres. LWC was established in 1988, is a nonprofit organization that houses and serves the social, cultural, spiritual, and educational needs of people of ethnic Lithuanian descent in the Chicago Metropolitan Area and throughout the world. LWC's mission is to attend to the needs of ethnic Lithuanians and to care for the preservation of ethnic identity and heritage as well as advancing the integration of Lithuanians into local communities. The Center offers educational programs to the wider community about the history and important cultural contributions of Lithuanians to the Chicago Metropolitan Area, in addition to providing cultural and sports opportunities for the entire community of the Lemont Heritage Corridor. LWC seeks donations and conducts fund raising events throughout the year that enable it to provide space and operate the Center for the benefit of a variety of American-Lithuanian nonprofit organizations that teach and present Lithuanian traditions in art, dance, music and language, including: three folk dance groups ("Grandis", "Spindulys" and "Knights of Lithuania"); the Lithuanian Museum of Art, featuring a permanent collection of traditional Lithuanian wood sculpture as well as temporary exhibitions of art by Lithuanian and other artists; the Lithuanian choral society, "Dainava"; and several schools for youth and children that transmit Lithuanian language and cultural traditions. The Center's facilities are also used by other Lithuanian organizations, including sports teams, the Lithuanian Foundation, Scout troops and Blessed Jurgis Matulaitis Catholic Mission. LWC regularly presents major educational and cultural events, such as the 2008 three-day International Symposium on Science, Literature and the Arts, which featured over 50 speakers and attracted hundreds of attendees. Mid shot fire dance LEAD IN : It is mid summer in the northern hemisphere and people in Lithuania are celebrating the short nights with a medieval festival at Trakai Peninsular Castle. STORYLINE: Trakai is a land of water, the region boasts 200 lakes. The Peninsular Castle lies in the middle of one of these lakes about 30 kilometres from the Lithuanian capital Vilnuis. Built in the 14th century, each summer the castle hosts a medieval festival (June 16-17). Local journalist Reda Hofmanaite says that the historical setting brings the event alive. People dressed in period costumes as knights, jesters, witches and musicians gathered on the island to entertain visitors. 'Knights' take part in mock -battles, whilst traditional food was prepared on open fires. Liana Kovaliova, is a volunteer at the castle's museum. She says that the festival is a great way to teach people about the past. Veceslav Belarus, is a visitor from Belarus. He says that events like this one offer an escape from everyday life. Visitors could try their hands at medieval arts like duelling with knights and archery. But in the evening the fire dancing was left to the professionals. Various of the fire show LEAD IN : It is mid summer in the northern hemisphere and people in Lithuania are celebrating the short nights with a medieval festival at Trakai Peninsular Castle. STORYLINE: Trakai is a land of water - the region boasts 200 lakes. The Peninsular Castle lies in the middle of one of these lakes about 30 kilometres (18 miles) from the Lithuanian capital Vilnius. Its geographical location means that from mid May through to mid summer in June, and until early July, the sun sets much later in the evening. Built in the 14th century, each summer the 14th century castle hosts a medieval festival (June 7-8), this year the event is celebrating its 10th anniversary. People dressed in period costumes as knights, jesters, witches and musicians gathered on the island to entertain visitors. 'Knights' from across the world take part in mock -battles, while traditional food was prepared on open fires. Simon Amblin, a festival participant from England, says he really enjoyed the experience and hopes to return one day. Organiser Virgilijus Poviliunas, director of the Trakai History museum, says their main aim was to remind people of the glory days of the Great Duchy of Lithuania. The highlight of the day, which has already become a festival tradition, is the stunning mock siege of the castle with canon fire and flaming arrows. When it gets dark, the visitors can enjoy a fire show presented by the Trakai brotherhood of knights called Medieval Messengers. Visitors could try their hands at medieval arts like duelling with knights and archery or walking over hot coals. Zofija says she could do that dozens of times as her feet don't burn. Bigos: Eating Polish Hunter's Stew in Warsaw, Poland

So far in Poland we've been enjoying hearty meals typically rich in portions of meat and potatoes. Continuing with this theme we tried Bigos, after a recommendation from a Polish born man now living in the US, which is known as Hunter's Stew consisting of fermented cabbage, sauerkraut (known locally as kapusta kiszona), Polish sausage (kielbasa) and various other kinds of vegetables and meats. Upon first glance it is not the most appealing looking dish; however, it is really tasty and flavorful with a strong sour flavor due to the fermented cabbage. If you're in Warszawa, or anywhere in Poland for that matter, be sure to try Bigos! Bigos: Eating Polish Hunter's Stew in Warsaw, Poland Travel Video Transcript: So it is lunchtime over here and we are in Warsaw's old town. Today we are going to be sampling something called Bigos which is a traditional Polish dish. And it consists of different meats and cabbage. So we've just ordered our food and now we're waiting for it to get here. So tell us the tail of how we learned about Bigos. While we were traveling on the train from Berlin to Warszawa were met this Polish guy who spent a lot of time in the US. And basically he was raving about this Bigos. This Hunter's stew. So this is the reason why we're trying. A recommendation from a local basically. Alright, so my lunch has arrived. Low and behold here is my Bigos. And this may look like a small portion but that is just because I ordered it as an appetizer. And you can normally get it in a bread bowl or you can get it with a side of potatoes. I got some sliced bread here in the basket so I'm going to be trying that. And also, I've learned that no two Bigos recipes are the same. It is basically just a mix of different cuts of meat. You can have beef, veal, pork, venison, rabbit. Whatever you want to throw in there it works. So I've got a nice fork full of cabbage and some kind of meat. Let's see if I can decipher what it is. Okay. That is really good. The cabbage it almost tastes a little bit fermented but it is not as strong as sauerkraut. And the meat, I think it might be beef. It's a familiar flavor. So time for your first fork full. Yeah! Yeah, you're right. That is really good. I like that is has a bit of sour taste. That is really appealing for me. And what is cool about Bigos is that it literally means big mess, big confusion and so if you look down here that is exactly what it looks like. It just looks like a hodgepodge of all different kinds of things. Vegetables, meats, cabbage. And that is exactly what Bigos is. Okay, so apparently Bigos is the kind of dish that you can refrigerate. And then reheat and that is meant to make the flavors a lot stronger. And it is also the kind of dish that keeps on giving. So that means if you start running low you can just add some cabbage, add some meat and make it last for a week. Alrighty, so that was delicious. What is the price point for the Hunter's Stew? So if you want to pickup the Hunter's Stew while you're in Poland you can expect to pay the equivalent of five to seven Euros. And definitely we recommend it. It's delicious and it is very hearty and just an awesome meal. This is part of our Travel in Poland series. Since Russia’s seizure of the Crimean peninsula and the start of conflict in eastern Ukraine in spring 2014, the small Baltic state of Lithuania has been anxiously eyeing Moscow. Some in the capital of Vilnius believe that the country might fall prey to a Ukraine-style military incursion, orchestrated by Russia. Lithuania, a former Soviet satellite, shares a border with the heavily militarized Russian exclave of Kaliningrad — which houses Russia’s Baltic fleet and has been flooded with arms and personnel in the last year. From Kaliningrad, Russia has staged military drills that reportedly involve thousands of soldiers, hundreds of military vehicles, and dozens of warships. In response, Lithuanian forces are also mobilizing. In May, VICE News followed the Lithuanian army during Operation Lightning Strike — a four-day wargames exercise. The drill marked the first nation-wide test of Lithuania’s new 2,500-strong “Rapid Reaction Force,” set up in the wake of the Ukraine crisis to deal with hybrid warfare threats, such as armed protests, airfield and weapons stockpile seizures, and the sudden appearance of “little green men” who seem to take orders from far away. 100 Years of Fitness showcases 'keep fit' fads and movements from the 1910s to the current day, presents 100 years of women’s fitness in 100 seconds - See more: https://www.benenden.co.uk/100yrsfitness/index.html It’s a colourful history: from the gentle stretches of the 1910s and 1920s, designed to reduce ‘unfeminine’ perspiration, to the hula hoop and twister fads of the mid-20th century and today’s high-energy Zumba workouts. It begins with the 1910s, an era when women took to early exercise bikes and weights with gusto: ankle-length attire or not! Their main form of exercise was comprised of gentle stretches that were said to improve the hips and, believe it or not, ease constipation! 1920s fitness included more of the same stretches, with a more energetic twist undoubtedly inspired by the popular dance routine, the Charleston. Glamour prevailed even during these workouts, with fitness clothes incorporating silk nightgowns and full makeup instead of sports bras! In the 1930s, fitness made a concerted leap forward. Enter the Women’s League of Health and Beauty, an organisation created by Mary Bagot Stack, aiming to bring fitness to the masses. ‘Movement is life’ was her motto, and her fitness exercises were revolutionary, incorporating, for the first time, things like star jumps in large group classes. Next, the 1940s marked another departure for women’s fitness. The Women’s League of Health and Beauty maintained a large membership, but with the onset of war, many women began exercising in their own homes. Genteel, sweat-minimising exercises were the order of the day, including an early form of sit-up. 1950s fitness is the epitome of retro fitness, with the hula hoop taking centre stage. Both children and adults were swept up in the craze, and with a little clever marketing, people saw the hula hoop as a fully-fledged exercise tool! Who knew you could have so much fun while burning calories? Hula hoop fitness was later cast aside when the 1960s introduced the world to the Trim Twist. Made from a square of pressed board mounted on top of a metal turning mechanism, this portable piece of kit became a hit with housewives and office workers alike. Simply stand on top and get twisting to firm the stomach, bottom, arms and legs. 1970s fitness took a jauntier turn when former Broadway star, Judi Sheppard Missett, introduced her new phenomenon… Jazzercise! This combination of aerobic exercise and jazz dancing was designed to slim and tone, and proved so much fun that it’s still practised in 32 countries! When we reach the 1980s, it’s all about aerobics. Day-glo leotards and big hair dominated the fitness industry, with physical fitness becoming something of a status symbol. High-energy routines and high kicks provided an intense cardiovascular workout, and Jane Fonda dominated television screens. 1990s fitness was less Jane Fonda and more Billy Blanks, an American taekwondo instructor who brought Tae Bo to the nation. His exercise trend combined taekwondo and boxing to create movements designed to promote fitness and work every area of the body. The 2000s, however, were the decade in which fitness through dance returned. ‘Street dance’ passed through school yards and local neighbourhoods into dance studios and gyms, becoming the fitness trend of choice. ‘Locking’ and ‘popping’ the body, bobbing and weaving, and grabbing or punching through the air are the hallmarks of almost every routine. Today, in the 2010s, fitness is even more fast-paced: say hello to Zumba! Incorporating elements of hip-hop, soca, salsa, samba, merengue and mambo, it feels more like a trip to a nightclub with friends than an effort to get fit! US military conducts military exercise in Lithuania as way for Barrack Obama to send a message to Putin over Ukraine. The United States Armed Forces[N 1] are the federal military forces of the United States. They consist of the Army, Navy, Marine Corps, Air Force, and Coast Guard.[7] The United States has a strong tradition of civilian control of the military. The President of the United States is the military's overall head, and helps form military policy with the U.S. Department of Defense (DoD), a federal executive department, acting as the principal organ by which military policy is carried out. The DoD is headed by the Secretary of Defense, who is a civilian and Cabinet member. The Defense Secretary is second in the military's chain of command, just below the President, and serves as the principal assistant to the President in all DoD-related matters.[8] To coordinate military action with diplomacy, the President has an advisory National Security Council headed by a National Security Advisor. Both the President and Secretary of Defense are advised by a seven-member Joint Chiefs of Staff, which includes the head of each of the Defense Department's service branches as well as the chief of the National Guard Bureau. Leadership is provided by the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff and the Vice Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff.[9] The Commandant of the Coast Guard is not a member of the Joint Chiefs of Staff. All of the branches work together during operations and joint missions, under the Unified Combatant Commands, under the authority of the Secretary of Defense with the exception of the Coast Guard, which is under the administration of the Department of Homeland Security and receives its operational orders from the Secretary of Homeland Security. However, the Coast Guard may be transferred to the Department of the Navy by the President or Congress during a time of war.[10] All five armed services are among the seven uniformed services of the United States, the two others being the U.S. Public Health Service Commissioned Corps (under the Department of Health and Human Services) and the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration Commissioned Officer Corps (under the Department of Commerce). From the time of its inception, the military played a decisive role in the history of the United States. A sense of national unity and identity was forged as a result of victory in the First Barbary War and the Second Barbary War. Even so, the Founders were suspicious of a permanent military force and not until the outbreak of World War II did a large standing army become officially established. The National Security Act of 1947, adopted following World War II and during the Cold War's onset, created the modern U.S. military framework; the Act merged previously Cabinet-level Department of War and the Department of the Navy into the National Military Establishment (renamed the Department of Defense in 1949), headed by the Secretary of Defense; and created the Department of the Air Force and National Security Council. The U.S. military is one of the largest militaries in terms of number of personnel. It draws its manpower from a large pool of paid volunteers; although conscription has been used in the past in various times of both war and peace, it has not been used since 1972. As of 2013, the United States spends about $554.2 billion annually to fund its military forces, and appropriates approximately $88.5 billion to fund Overseas Contingency Operations.[5] Put together, the United States constitutes roughly 39 percent of the world's military expenditures. For the period 2010-14, SIPRI found that the United States was the world's biggest exporter of major arms, accounting for 31 per cent of global shares. The United States was also the world's eight largest importer of major weapons for the same period.[11] The U.S. Armed Forces has significant capabilities in both defense and power projection thanks to its advanced and powerful equipment and its widespread deployment of force around the world. History[edit] Main article: Military history of the United States The history of the U.S. military dates to 1775, even before the Declaration of Independence marked the establishment of the United States. The Continental Army, Continental Navy, and Continental Marines were created in close succession by the Second Continental Congress in order to defend the new nation against the British Empire in the American Revolutionary War. These forces demobilized in 1784 after the Treaty of Paris ended the War for Independence. The Congress of the Confederation created the United States Army on 3 June 1784, and the United States Congress created the United States Navy on March 27, 1794, and the United States Marine Corps on July 11, 1798. Curonian Spit - Lithuania Travel, Tours, Vacations HD World Travel https://www.youtube.com/user/World1Tube The Curonian Spit is a 98 km long, thin, curved sand-dune spit that separates the Curonian Lagoon from the Baltic Sea coast. Its southern portion lies within Kaliningrad Oblast, Russia and its northern within southwestern Lithuania. It is a UNESCO World Heritage Site shared by the two countries. Geography The Curonian Spit stretches from the Sambian Peninsula on the south to its northern tip next to a narrow strait, across which is the port city of Klaipėda on the mainland of Lithuania. The northern 52 km long stretch of the Curonian Spit peninsula belongs to Lithuania, while the rest is part of the Kaliningrad Oblast, Russia (see the map). The width of the spit varies from a minimum of 400 m in Russia (near the village of Lesnoy) to a maximum of 3,800 m in Lithuania (just north of Nida). Geologic history The Curonian Spit was formed about 3rd millennium BC.[1] A glacial moraine served as its foundation; winds and sea currents later contributed enough sand to raise and keep the formation above sea level. The existence of this narrow shoal is inherently threatened by the natural processes that govern coastal shoreline features.[2] It depends on a dynamic balance between sand transport and deposition. If (hypothetically) the source area to the south-west were cut off, say, by a large port construction with a pier, the Spit would erode and eventually disappear. It is thus a geologically speaking ephemeral coast element. The most likely development, however, is that the shallow bay inside the Spit will eventually fill up with sediment, thus creating new land. Current state The Curonian Spit is home to the highest moving (drifting) sand dunes in Europe. Their average height is 35 meters, but some attain the height of 60 meters. Several ecological communities are present on and near the Spit, from its outer beaches to dune ridges, wetlands, meadows, and forests.[4] Its location on the East Atlantic Flyway means it is frequently visited by migratory waterfowl. Between 10 and 20 million birds fly over the feature during spring and fall migrations, and many pause to rest or breed there. The largest town on the spit is Nida in Lithuania, a popular holiday resort, mostly frequented by Lithuanian and German tourists. The northern shoreline of Curonian Spit is the site of beaches for tourists. Both the Russian and Lithuanian parts of the spit are national parks. The settlements of the Curonian Spit (from north to south) are: Smiltynė Alksnynė Juodkrantė Pervalka Preila Nida Morskoe Rybachy Lesnoy The first six are on the Lithuanian side, while the last three are on the Russian side. The Russian side of the Curonian Spit belongs to Zelenogradsky District of the Kaliningrad Oblast, while the Lithuanian side is partitioned among Klaipėda city municipality and Neringa municipality. There is a single road that traverses the whole length of the Curonian Spit. In the Russian side it goes to Zelenogradsk, while on the Lithuanian side it goes to Smiltynė. The spit is not connected to mainland Lithuania. Car ferries provide a transportation link between Smiltynė, located on the spit, and the port town of Klaipėda. Human history According to Baltic mythology, the Curonian Spit was formed by a giantess, Neringa, who was playing on the seashore. This child also appears in other myths (in some of which she is shown as a young strong woman, similar to a female version of the Greek Heracles). From ca. 800 to 1016, the Spit was the location of Kaup, a major pagan trading centre which has not been excavated yet. The Teutonic Knights occupied the area in the 13th century, building their castles at Memel (1252), Neuhausen (1283), and at Rossitten (1372). The cases will be dealt with by the UEFA Control, Ethics and Disciplinary Body on 22 October 2015. Roy Hodgson's side ran out comfortable 3-0 winners on the night, with goals from Ross Barkley, Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain and an own goal from Lithuania keeper Giedruis Arlauskis, to end their qualifying campaign with a 100 per cent record.
