These were very bland as per the recipe, if I make them again they'll need some herb and spice additions for sure! 4yo ate them but not enthusiastically.

Question: I would like to freeze these for my grandsons' lunches - can you please add freezing/re-heating instructions? Do I freeze them before baking, or bake them then freeze them? To re-heat, do they have to be thawed first, can they be re-heated in a microwave, etc. ? Thanks.

No you can just cook them as usual then freeze and just reheat in the mic no need to defrost first :)
