Oneflare Pty Ltd ABN 26 154 482 283 ("Oneflare", "us", "we") offers a Oneflare Guarantee ("Guarantee").
Oneflare's Oneflare Guarantee is to help repair your job as a result of gross negligence or intentional damage caused by a registered Oneflare business. If your Guarantee Claim is successful, we will pay up to $500 towards your job to send another service provider to make your job right.
To get the benefit of the Guarantee you must comply with the Oneflare Guarantee Terms & Conditions as well as the Terms of Use for the Oneflare website.
The Oneflare Guarantee is not insurance. It is a benefit we offer to help get your job moving and to relieve the stress from unexpected situations.
Any contribution we make towards repairing your job is at our discretion. You must be honest with us and comply with our Terms & Conditions, or you will not be covered by the Guarantee.
When the Oneflare Guarantee applies
To be eligible for the Oneflare Guarantee you must hire a business that has the Oneflare Guarantee Badge displayed with their quote. In addition, this business must be Verified with Oneflare and have valid public liability insurance at the start date of your job.
The service request and hiring of the provider must also go through the Oneflare website, and both you and the service provider must comply with Oneflare's Terms of Use.
What the Oneflare Guarantee covers
The Oneflare Guarantee covers gross negligence or intentional damage to your job. What constitutes gross negligence and intentional damage will be determined by Oneflare Customer Care on a case by case basis, and our determination is final.
The Oneflare Guarantee does not cover the explicit exclusions stated in these Terms & Conditions.
Making a Oneflare Guarantee Claim
A Oneflare Guarantee Claim must be made within 30 days of the job's start date for the Guarantee to apply.
To make a Guarantee Claim, you must complete a Guarantee Claim Form and submit any documents requested by Oneflare Customer Care. These documents may include but are not limited to:
A member of Oneflare Customer Care, or a nominated service provider, may also conduct a physical site inspection to assess the job if we deem it is required.
Your Guarantee Claim will then be deemed successful or unsuccessful by Oneflare Customer Care after assessing all available information.
Getting your job back on track
If your Oneflare Guarantee Claim is successful, we will select a new service provider to complete any repair work that may be required.
We will pay up to $500 to our nominated service provider to repair the job. If the repair work charged by this service provider exceeds $500, or the amount we have decided to contribute is less than $500, you will pay the difference directly to the new service provider.
Insurance Claim Assistance
In the event you have any insurance that would cover the damage that has occurred, and we have already paid to commence any repair work, you agree to assign to us the rights to any insurance claims and assist us in any way to recover money which we may be entitled to.
You also agree to make any insurance claims directly with the negligent service provider that is available under their public liability insurance or other insurance that this service provider is covered for.
In all instances, we will assist you as much as we can to finalise and make these insurance claims successful.
Once you are successful with any insurance claims, either with your own insurers or those of the negligent service provider, you agree to pay us back for any money initially paid out for your repair work.
Our Oneflare Guarantee is to make sure you are able to get your job back on track without having to argue with insurance companies or non-performing service providers. It is an interim benefit we provide to get things moving. We do not support wind fall gains resulting from our Oneflare Guarantee.
If you have any insurance claim rights you agree to exercise these rights and repay Oneflare when these claims are successful.

We offer the Oneflare Guarantee as a free, built-in benefit to our customers when they request a home service and hire a qualifying service provider. If we suspect any dishonesty or abuse, you will not get the benefit of the Guarantee.

Oneflare's On-Time Guarantee ensures businesses arrive at the specified time for a site inspection and/or the job requested. If the On-Time Guarantee Claim is successful, the customer will be entitled to a $50 cash back.
To get the benefit of the Guarantee the customer must comply with the Oneflare On-Time Guarantee Terms & Conditions as well as the Terms of Use for the Oneflare website.
The Oneflare On-Time Guarantee is not insurance. It is a benefit we offer to ensure that businesses comply with their agreed upon arrival time.
Any compensation made or received will be at Oneflare's discretion. You must be honest with us and comply with our Terms & Conditions, or you will not be covered by the Guarantee.
What the Oneflare On-Time Guarantee covers
The Oneflare On-Time Guarantee is compensation for a customer's lost time as a result of the business being late or not arriving for the appointment. What constitutes lost time will be determined by Oneflare Customer Care on a case by case basis, and our determination is final.
When the Oneflare On-Time Guarantee applies
The Oneflare On-Time Guarantee only applies to businesses with the On-Time Guarantee Badge displayed with their quote and/or on their Oneflare Public Business Profile.
The service request and hiring of the provider must also go through the Oneflare website, and both customer and the business must comply with Oneflare's Terms of Use.
Customers may claim for the Oneflare On-Time Guarantee $50 cash back, when a business with On-Time Guarantee is deemed 'late for appointment' or a 'no-show'.
