TERMS AND CONDITIONS

By opting in to the Private Lead service (“Service”), you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions (“Terms and Conditions”).

Businesses on Private Lead can opt in or out of the Private Lead service at any time. The business account holder is responsibile for managing their preferred settings and subscription to Private Lead by logging into their Oneflare account at oneflare.com.au and visiting the ‘Private Lead’ tab in the ‘My Account’ section.


How it works:

  • For jobs raised by customers where the applicable criteria is met, Oneflare will offer the customer an option to send their job only to one Private Lead business only.

  • If the customer selects this option, Oneflare will match the job request with a business opted in to the Private Lead service based on the service category and location (within 10 km or less) of the job.

  • Once a suitable match has been identified, Oneflare will send the business’ details  to the customer via SMS and through the customer’s Oneflare account.

  • The recommended business will also automatically receive the customer’s contact and job details via SMS. The details will also be available in the ‘My Jobs’ section when logged in to their account on  oneflare.com.au.

  • The recommended business will have an exclusive period of 24 hours from the time the Private Lead notification is sent to the business. After this time, if the customer has not been contacted by the business or the business is uncontactable, the customer will be given the option to open the job to other businesses and receive quotes.

  • The recommended business will be charged for the Service immediately at the time the Private Lead notification is sent to the business. Payment will be charged instantly to the credit card registered with the business account. Charges for this service are non-refundable.

Terms of use:

  • By opting in to Private Lead, the business account holder gives Oneflare consensual rights to provide the Private Lead service automatically, and will be liable for the Service fee.

  • The business account holder can opt-in or opt-out of the Private Lead service and adjust settings at any time through the Private Lead tab in the ‘My Account’ section on oneflare.com.au. It is the business account holder’s responsibility to opt-out if they wish to discontinue receiving leads through the Service.

  • Businesses that have opted in to the Service will receive up to a maximum 10 Private Leads per day by default. The business account holder can increase or decrease the daily limit in their Oneflare account settings.

  • If a customer chooses to open the job to other businesses after the exclusive 24 hour period, the recommended business is still liable for the Service fee.

Pricing and refunds:

  • The price per Private Lead varies depending on categories registered with the business account. For businesses with multiple service categories, the price per Private Lead will be charged according to the category the job is raised for.

  • The price will be provided when opting in for the Private Lead service. Prices are subject to change. Any changes will be advised via email.

  • Refunds may be provided in certain circumstances by contacting the Oneflare Customer Service team within 24 hours of receiving the Private Lead notification. Refunds are provided at the discretion of the Oneflare Customer Service team and will be provided as credit on the business’ Oneflare account. This credit will be used for the next Private Lead charge to the account.

Eligibility:

  • For businesses to be and remain eligible for the Private Lead service, they must satisfy all of the following criteria:

    • Oneflare Verified Business (this requires a valid ABN, submission and verification of relevant public liability insurance and professional licence as applicable to the business’ industry)

    • Valid ABN registered with the Oneflare business account

    • Minimum 4.5 star customer rating on the Oneflare business profile

    • Logo uploaded to the Oneflare business profile

    • Valid credit card registered with the Oneflare business account

  • Oneflare reserves the right to change the Service selection criteria at any time without notice.
