By purchasing Premium Listing, you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions (“Terms and Conditions”), which will start from your purchase date, until you terminate your Premium Listing account.
Save 30% on Premium Listing Promotion
Anyone who signs up to Premium Listing under the 'Promotion' will be deemed to have understood these Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them.
To lock in the promotional price for Premium Listing of $349/year, payment must be made within the ‘Promotional Period’ from 4:30pm (AEST time) on 26 March 2015 to 4:30pm (AEST) on 31 March 2015 unless the promotional period is extended. The discount strictly applies to the Premium Listing annual plan only. The promotion does not apply to monthly plans.
The discount will apply as long as the registered business account is signed up for Premium Listing. If Premium Listing is cancelled on the registered business account and the business chooses to sign up to Premium Listing again at a later stage, the price will be the standard price, or other promotional price, at the time.

When upgrading from Paid Listing to Premium Listing, any unused credit from the Paid Listing subscription will be discounted from the Premium Listing price.
All Premium Listing subscriptions automatically roll over at the end of the month or year depending on the plan subscribed to. The credit card or debit card registered with the account will be charged at this time. A notification email will be sent 14 days prior to the renewal date for the annual Premium Listing membership.
Plans can be cancelled at any time by contacting the Oneflare Customer Happiness hotline. Any unused amounts cannot be refunded. The Premium Listing can be reverted to a standard listing for the remainder of the period paid for if requested by the business account holder.
All cancellations must be advised and processed prior to the renewal date otherwise the new charges and subscription period will apply.
