Ohad Naharin (born 1952) (Hebrew: אוהד נהרין) is an Israeli contemporary dancer, choreographer and dance company artistic director.

Naharin was born in 1952 in Kibbutz Mizra. Raised in an artistic home, he wrote stories, composed music, and painted as a child. His father was a doctor in psychology, previously an actor, and his mother was a dance teacher. Nevertheless, Naharin did not start dancing until age 22, at which time he danced with the Batsheva Dance Company. The Batsheva Dance Company was founded in 1964 by Martha Graham and Baroness Batsheva De Rothschild.

Soon after, in 1975, Naharin left Israel to go to Manhattan and study with Martha Graham. In New York he received much of his training, attending Juilliard for a year as well as attending the Graham School and the School of American Ballet. In 1978, he married Mari Kajiwara, a native New Yorker and an Alvin Ailey dancer. After working alongside him for over 20 years, his wife died of cancer in 2001 at age 50. Also in New York, he choreographed and presented his first dances from 1980 to 1990.

Ohad (Hebrew: אֹהַד‎) was the third son of Simeon; he is mentioned in Genesis 46:10. His name means "will sympathize", or "united" and "power" (both rare interpretations). It is also a common name for boys in Israel.

Tomer Heymann (born on October 12, 1970 in Kfar Yedidia, Israel) is an Israeli filmmaker.

Heymann has directed many documentary films and series in the past ten years, most of them long-term follow-ups and personal documentations. His films won major awards at different prestigious film festivals including his first film “It Kinda Scares Me”. Paper Dolls won three awards at the 2006 Berlin International Film Festival and the audience’s award at the Los Angeles Film Festival. The film and TV series "Bridge over the Wadi”, co-produced with the American ITVS, won the Israeli Documentary Film competition, participated in IDFA Festival's prestigious competition and won many awards around the world. Tomer's new 8-part series "The Way Home" was recently broadcasted by the Yes Doco Channel in Israel and won the best documentary series award at the 2009 Jerusalem International Film Festival. I Shot My Love, his latest film, premiered at Berlin Int'l Film Festival in 2010, won the Best Mid-length Award at Hotdocs and was screened in major film festival including: Dok/Fest Sheffield, Taiwan Int'l Documentary Film Festival, Kassel Film Festival and more.
