The Open Knowledge Foundation has recently recruited a new CEO. Renata Ávila joined the organisation in October 2021. Her initial priority will be to set the vision, strategy and goals for the team to execute. With a focus on consultative inclusion, the new strategy could be announced as early as June 2022. Renata with the support of the directive team reports to the Board of Directors who are responsible for the financial and legal probity of the Open Knowledge Foundation.
