Emeritus and Mentee Programs

Emeritus Program

Recently retired Board members will step down from their Board roles and move to the Emeritus group, led by Marcia Morales-Jaffe, former SVP & People Officer of Paypal. The goal of the Emeritus group is to be a force multiplier for the Board. Emeritus members may, for example, attend industry events to share the work of the Board and review or even help create deliverables.

Mentee Program

To better anticipate for the future of HR, the CHRO Board has pioneered a mentee program to involve the next generation of HR leaders. The Board serves as a platform to help promising HR executives heighten their visibility and development.

CEO Feedback and Sponsorship

Direct and ongoing feedback and insights from CEOs help shape our strategies, curriculum and actions.
