Payment terms relating to press and observer fees.

Refund Policy

Press registration fees are non refundable under any circumstances. Please ensure all your details are correct when registering.

Observer fees (NGO) are refundable if you do not attend the meeting. You must let us know at least 24 hours before the start of the meeting that you will not be able to attend. You will be refunded the full amount minus a 3.5% processing fee. If you attand the meeting and are removed or refused entry, you will not be refunded.

Delivery Policy

All ID badges can be picked up at the meeting. We will not post any badges to you.

Cancellation Policy

After paying for your registration, you have 24 hours to cancel your registration. You will be refunded the full amount minus a 3.5% processing fee.
