    Anti Climax In Perth

    So after a great training week of sun and 20kts the Perth International Regatta began and it all turned out to be a bit of an anti climax.

    Perth Final Day

    Hello all, sadly the event is over and we didn't quite get the result we were looking for. However, we will leave this event and head into our winter training feeling more confident than ever.

    Day 1 in the 49er

    First day of racing done and dusted at the Perth ISAF worlds test event. We were scheduled to start at 900am but sadly the wind did not play the game and were ended up sat on shore for the sea breeze to come in. After a few hours a nice little breeze filled in and we were off.

    Perth So Far

    It's been a week now in Perth and sleep patterns are starting to settle down. Most of the performance squad have arrived and there is a nice atmosphere amongst the camp, some of the sailors are sporting some comedy facial hair for Movember.
