As one of the most respected cosmetic plastic surgeons, with clinics in both Toronto and New York City, Born's wardrobe goes way beyond his daily scrubs. And you best believe that Born's got the most glam arm candy: his, equally (if not more!) chic wife, Dr. Lisa Airan. (Yes, the Oprah-approved dermatologist, who’s a reg contributor to Vogue and Glamour.) Without any hesitation, they win "Most Stylish Couple" at The Coveteur Awards. It was pure music to our ears to hear Dr. TB talk about the custom, white Manolo desert boots that his wife bought him. Talk about good taste! And it only makes sense he runs with some of fashion's best—past Coveteurs and our lovely friends—Keegan Singh, Lauren Santo Domingo and Sarah Brown. His off-duty hobbies make him a big winner, too. From biking to kite surfing in Maui (we're waiting for those private lessons, Born!), we were overly excited to shoot his closet in the sky. But it's Born's sartorial choices, which are always on-point – ranging from his array of printed sneakers and Chanel silk ties (picked out with a little help from The Room's Creative Director, Nicholas Mellamphy), to his ever present blue Moncler puffer coat. But, seriously, what other plastic surgeon rocks leopard pony hair or Rolling Stones lip-covered C.d.Gs? Nothing says glam like a man doing nip/tucks in Margiela! His sense of style is innate and well defined, and we’d love to have Born sit down with some style-challenged guys to give them his POV. It’s not everyday that we find a gentleman whose style matches his demeanor (pay attention to this guy for some tips on etiquette, too).
