Cycling along the Regent's Canal
The Regent's Canal provides an attractive car-free shared use path for leisure and recreation and for travelling to work and school.
Generally the busiest times are weekdays between 7:30am and 9:30am and between 4:30pm and 7pm. If you're planning a recreational visit to London's canals, try to avoid these busy times.
Please cycle on London's towpaths with great care and courtesy to others, observing the new Towpath Code of Conduct and ringing your bell with Two Tings towpath safety.
You can cycle between Little Venice and Islington Tunnel (6.5km), and from Colebrooke Row in Islington to Limehouse Basin (7km).
