I mean, I just keep seeing article after article saying that they're changing the story, that Zuko isn't even going to hunt the avatar, that they're taking out Katara's motherly instincts, changing the way that the bending happens, etc. etc. etc.
It just seems to be really strange. There's no way that it can be that bad, right? Am I being overly cautious here ahead of time? It seems like these are fake news/articles put out to have us lower our expectations ahead of time immensely. As a long time fan, I would be so devastated if the creators didn't learn their lesson from the movie and make all of these significant changes to the story we all know and love.
Does this maelstorm of negative online content/leaks seem off to anyone else? Why are they leaking all of these plot changes ahead of time if it's just going to cause fans to not watch the show?

Action News 5 has the worst audio ever. It’s like amateur hour whoever is at their audio board. The anchor’s mics often aren’t working well. Certain field reporters have their mics so distorted sounding. Did they allow some kind of internship for people to control their mixing boards and field equipment or something?
