Any class action news?
Curious If anyone has any information pertaining to lawsuits against Mullen concerning their illegal activities and fiduciary failures. It’s astonishing to me that the SEC is just letting Nikola Motors happen all over again… Is it possible to get a sticky thread containing any class action info for those looking to participate?
