I want Megan to get paid but she aint ready for Holly or Germaine or Cyborg so they're gonna have to bring in some other Invicta featherweights. Maybe a rematch with Cindy Dandois.

I have no doubt the UFC wil sign her though so hopefully they can figure out some way to let her develop.

damn I was hoping Tweet could come away with the win, at 39 she is in amazing shape and still comes out hard every fight, that first round was really good. I'm lucky to have met her a few times, incredibly kind person, hate seeing her get beat like this.

That being said Anderson did a great job putting her away, I could definitely see her making waves against some bigger names, I would like to see how much better she gets, she already hits like a truck. Pretty exciting times for WMMA.

Random question but is it me or has there not really been a "butch" female MMA star or top tier?

I've watched a lot of invicta, UFC etc and seen many of the butch, male haircut, aggressive alpha style during the weigh in women but have yet to see a top tier or successful one.

I'm sure i'm a bit ignorant and don't have deep enough mma knowledge but I can't think of one, can someone tell me one?

All I see headlining and as the face of female MMA is beautiful "girly" women.

It's just kind of funny considering most people growing up or in the general public would think those butch females are the ones to watch out for and not fuck with.

Nunez is the closet I can think of but she still does not come across as butch to me.

How come smaller events never have good lighting? The outer edge of the cage is in the shadows. Also, they always have squishy mats. It's the surefire way I can identify smaller promotions vs UFC without seeing any logos.
