There's a tutorial, it's pretty barren but you should play it at a bare minimum.

Once you're in a game let folks know you're new and they'll be happy to help you out. If they're not happy to help you out, find another squad because that one you joined should get bent!

I would love to see some breakdown on tickets you took from the enemy. Even a LAT out there killing abandoned vehicles or a lone blueberry killing their old fob radios after the front moves up should get some shine at the AAR.

I actually think the crux of your argument can be used for good. The after action report very rarely rewards players for actively being an asset to the team.

It's in everyone's best interests to incentivize playing as a team, digging down enemy radios, showing how effective you've been at killing enemy ticket assets should all be included on the end screen.

I live in Sask, so our pricing isn't nearly as bonkers as out west/east but looking at the problem and seeing how multifaceted it is and with little political will to truly fix it I don't have much hope.

Just landed a permanent union position so I have no intent on leaving Saskatchewan or Canada. I can find a place here that I like, it's just a matter of how much of my savings I'm willing to let go on a down payment.

Giving up half or more of my TFSA on a down payment isn't very palatable but seems like that is par for the course or minimum a a single earner if you're not a DINK household.

As someone who is wanting to buy a place, this is what I worry about.

That adjustment period between ridiculously low mortgage rates and what some folks would call a 'reasonable' market with higher mortgage rates.

Right now it's absurd to me that I can get a mortgage with a 2% rate, that's better than inflation and to me sounds like 'free money' until my would be home depreciates with the market and I'm stuck with 180k worth of mortgage on a place worth 100k.
