Feedback is handled by the User Support Working Group, composed of librarians and staff from HathiTrust partner institutions who volunteer to answer user inquiries and provide general user support (see the current list of volunteers and their affiliations at https://www.hathitrust.org/wg_user-support_charge).
User Support Working Group members respond to user inquiries according to local business hours and business days. Located in the United States and Canada in various timezones, members strive to respond to emails within 24 hours.
