| Looking at the track listings, scans of which I have included, it appears that the tracks on these discs have sub-track indices. But I cannot be sure as none of my current CD players display those sub-track numbers. My first (Sony) CD player did display them, but that one was put out to pasture long ago. |

| Although the labels say (P) 1965, this album under this catalogue number (and its mono equivalent) were first released on April 8th, 1960, as the uploaded front cover of the April 1965 Gramophone shows. Correction will be requested.
