In the Rubble of a Palestinian Home, I Saw the Occupation’s Evil With My Own Eyes
| Photo by Amir Bitan | When I visited Jinba with Ta’ayush activists last Saturday to help clear the rubble away, Hamudi looked at me, grinning: “So you’re not going to tell the other Jews to come destroy our house again?” Read Moriel Rothman-Zecher’s article in HaaretzContinue

On Authors, Porta-Potties, and Other things by Amitai Ben-Abba
A blow to the ribs is the small token I received from the soldiers for coming once again to accompany people to their land in Umm al-Ara’is. This time we staged some resistance. We approached the land from three different directions. In a sub-group of five we entered from the south and met confused soldiers telling us we are not allowed to go further. Training for Ethnic Cleansing by Amitai Ben-Abba
Today (Tuesday, August 7th, 2012) Israeli soldiers landed with two helicopters on Khirbet Jenbah, a Palestinian village in the south-east corner of the West Bank. Soldiers terrorized locals and vandalized property. The village is in an area assigned as a “fire zone” for military training. Recently, Defence Minister Ehud Barak ordered to evict Jenbah and seven other villages that are situated within the arbitrary training zone in South Hebron Hills. Roughly 1500 people will be displaced as a result. The idea is to force the inhabitants of Jenbah and […]Continue
