Haggai 1:2-13, January 1, 2012 “Give careful thought to your ways.� Haggai 1:5 & 7 (New International Version) How do we know when it’s time to step out and step up? · when there is a God sized opportunity · we’re tempted to shrink back because of obstacles · when we’re reminded of God’s promises “Go...and build the house, so that I may take pleasure in it and be honored," says the LORD.� Haggai 1:8 (NIV) “Together, we are his house, built on the foundation of the apostles and the prophets. And the cornerstone is Christ Jesus himself. We are carefully joined together in him, becoming a holy temple for the Lord.� Ephesians 2:2021 (New Living Translation) Discerning the days before us A.
