Meet Belinda. She’s got two undergraduate degrees and her first job in management. Every morning before work she spends 15 minutes online, 12 browsing her favourite fashion and celebrity gossip websites, leaving 3 to stay up-to-date with the world.

Health isn’t her hobby, it’s her lifestyle. When she isn’t running 20km a week, she’s reviewing the hottest hatch-backs and hoping they meet her 20k budget. Her and her flatmates spend 20 minutes a day discussing practical beauty tips to stay looking under 30, and twice that discussing the weekend party and those totally impractical shoes.
