She says tax cuts should be aimed at the lowest paid - and says the well off shouldn’t expect to be her priority as Prime Minister - suggesting there should be curbs on Boardroom pay. Andrea Leadsom is setting out her stall as the pro-Brexit candidate for the Tory leadership. She’s has promised “billions more” will be given to the NHS out of the money saved by not paying EU membership fees. She says she’ll have a dedicated cabinet member for leading what she hopes will be a swift exit from the EU - and says she’ll do everything in her power to keep the United Kingdom together.
