Embrace failure He has been a boxer, an autoworker, an insurance salesman, a carpet cleaner, and a mailman. 3. Push through the dirt He first performed stand-up comedy in 1985, at the Hilarities Comedy Club in Cleveland, Ohio. 4. Multiply your effort In the late 1980s he was homeless for multiple years. 5.
