Help People Victimized by the indifference of Brad Avakian and Northwest Pacific Property Management

With consideration for your valuable time, I will get right to the point. I have recordings that prove I was the victim of illegal housing discrimination at the hands of Northwest Pacific Property Management (NWPPM), (the same company that was fined thousands by DEQ for asbestos violations) and that a corrupt investigator named Rafael Colin for the Oregon Bureau of Labor and Industries lied by giving a false narrative of his interview with me. So, this case banks on the fact that NWPPM denied me housing after holding me to a different standard then what they advertised on their website during the application process, once they saw that I appeared to be a Middle Eastern with a Muslim name. You see, on their website they stated that they could verify past rental history via, phone,fax,email and that applications would be processed with in 3 days. However after a week went by and I hadn't heard anything, I wrote to see what the problem was and their rep Ericka tells me she is waiting on return faxes from my past landlords, I asked if she could just call them while simultaneously forwarding her an email exchanges between me and my past landlord where I ask for a reference and was given one, (so she got to see the actual volley of email exchange where I ask for a reference and was sent the one that I forwarded to her) but she said no, she could only except a fax. She ended up contradicting that statement in writing by saying she did try to call a few times in her rejection letter to me. If you look at the video, you will see where she writes telling me she can only accept faxes, then you see the contradiction in her rejection email, were she says she tried calling a few times. I am sure this will show a judge or jury that she was just rushed to come up with anything to get rid of me Mind you, at that point I had all of my past landlords on standby ready to vouch for the fact that I have close to 15 years of perfect rental history. I then politely asked if their policy had changed so that they could update their website. (You can see how nicely and respectfully I asked that, in one of the screen shots in the video) That is when out of no where she writes that I appear dissatisfied and thus my application would not be processed at all. She sent back the original money order that I had given them with my application more than a week earlier. In hindsight, I'm guessing they had a nod and wink system where, when they have someone who they know would qualify, but they don’t like their ''kind'' they sit on the application and wait for the person to ask questions and that is when they start manufacturing drama. All my interactions with NWPPM and Boli were done via phone and email. So, this is not my word against anyone, because in this case the truth stands alone. So in order to justify denying me housing they lied about my demeanor specifically saying I was fine over email (because they knew I could prove what took place over email) but saying, over the phone I was rude, cussed at them and made crazy requests.. What NWPPM didn't know was that my calls where recorded too, so now I have 100% proof that they held me to a different standard, (Which that alone is enough to show housing discrimination under Oregon law) They then lied about my actions and attempted to frame me. The Boli investigator Rafael Colin didn’t know I had my interactions and talks with him recorded as well and I can prove 100% that he attempted to aid them in this cover up by saying I was rude, cussed him out and admitted to wanting special treatment. Again he was recorded too and now they are all caught red handed and now I would like you to help me get justice. Yes, I am still within the statute of limitations and yes I filed a tort violation claim with the risk management dept within the 180 day deadline and was given a claims adjuster who is still waiting to hear back from the Oregon Bureau of Labor and Industries (Boli). I still have 4 months to file suit against Northwest Pacific Property Management (NWPPM) and 14 months to file against Boli investigator.
