The Rule Of Law -Constitutional Monarchy vs Republic
Video & Research By: NAUresistance.org | Music By: Mitoma | Track: Ending - Hon. Eugene A. Forsey explains this principle in How Canada is to be Governed.. "It means that everyone is subject to the law; that no one, no matter how important or powerful, is above the law — not the government; not the Prime Minister, or any other Minister; not the Queen or the Governor General or any Lieutenant-Governor; not the most powerful bureaucrat; not the armed forces; not Parliament itself, or any provincial legislature." The Supreme Law of Canada is the Canadian Constitution. The Canadian Constitution was written to prevent annexation, it expressly prohibits North American Union.. Our Constitution, and the rule of law cannot be breached by a hijacked government unless we get duped into giving it up... O' Canada, We Stand On Guard For Thee! A Republic Form Of Government Here In Canada Will Do Nothing To Ensure That The Rule Of Law Is Honored By Those With An Alternative Agenda.. aka, New World Order, One World Government. In Fact, In Order To Implement A Republic Here In Canada, Our Constitution Would Have To Be Dissolved. You Cannot Achieve A Republic Or A North American Union Via Simple Constitutional Amendment. It's This Very Type Of Constitutional Event They Are Waiting For, A Major "Get Out Of Jail Free Card" And The Fall Of Our Sovereign Nations. We Are In The "End Of Nations" Phase, Not The Beginning Of New Ones.. Defend your Constitution To The Core And Place No Trust In ...

Exporting A Republic - The Fall Of The Monarchy?
There is a "republican movement" taking place in almost all Constitutional Monarchy's at the present moment. Canada, Australia and United Kingdom are all facing the same republican threat, the removal of the Monarchy, the sovereign and the dissolution of our Constitution and the illegal installation of a Republic. I ask.. Where is the Queen in the European Union? Why Isn't she on the Euro? Why doesn't she open the European Parliament? Again, there is no Queen or Monarch in their New World Order.. the Queen has to go.. Republicans are the goons that will ensure for the globalists that this indeed happens. Time to defend your Constitution and pehaps ask the Sovereign herself why she is allowing members of her executive to act in a manner that is very unconstitutional.

Dutch Royal House / Koninklijk Huis
The Netherlands is a constitutional monarchy: the position of the monarch is laid down in the Constitution. The monarch is the Dutch head of state and, together with the ministers, makes up the government. Queen Beatrix has been the head of state of the Kingdom of the Netherlands since 1980. Queen Beatrix succeeded her mother as Queen of the Netherlands in 1980. From that date, Her Majesty formed part of the government. The Queen was married to Prince Claus. They had three sons: Prince Willem-Alexander, Prince Friso and Prince Constantijn. The eldest, Prince Willem-Alexander -- the Prince of Orange -- will succeed her.

GREETINGS FROM NORWAY [5/5]
The Kingdom of Norway is a constitutional monarchy in Northern Europe that occupies the western portion of the Scandinavian Peninsula. It is bordered by Sweden, Finland, and Russia, while the United Kingdom and the Faroe Islands lie to its west across the North Sea. The country's extensive coastline, facing the North Atlantic Ocean, is home to its famous fjords. Norway was ranked highest of all countries in human development from 2001 to 2006, and came second in 2007 (to fellow Nordic country Iceland). It also rated the most peaceful country in the world in a 2007 survey by Global Peace Index. It is a founding member of NATO. In the 1920s, Norway annexed Jan Mayen and was given the sovereignty over the Arctic archipelago of Svalbard under the Svalbard Treaty. The polar territories of Bouvet Island, Peter I Island and Queen Maud Land are external dependencies, but not parts of Norway. Becoming the first European nation to declare independence in the 20th century, since World War II Norway has experienced rapid economic growth, and is now amongst the wealthiest countries in the world. Norway is the world's third largest oil exporter after Russia and Saudi Arabia and the petroleum industry accounts for around a quarter of GDP The oil industry is mainly situated outside and controlled from the oil capital Stavanger. Norway has also rich resources of gas fields, hydropower, fish, forests, and minerals. Norway was the second largest exporter of seafood (in value, after China ...

60 Minutes - The Queen in Australia
These are sections from a 60 Minutes story by Charles Wooley marking the Royal Visit in 2000. This was a only few months after the national republic referendum - held in November 1999 - at which the successful 'No' vote had retained the system of constitutional monarchy in Australia. Apologies for the missing sections.

Canadian Anti-Monarchy Myths
Video by: 0NAU Music: Min-Y-Llan & Stockfinster Research By: Canadian Monarchist Online Constitutional Monarchy- More Democratic Than A Republic! The Queen of Canada is more democratic than a President of Canada ever could be because she represents all Canadians. An elected president would owe his selection to a political faction, and this would publicly divide him from many of his countrymen and would make his claim to represent "the people" less convincing. Frequent selections of presidents would interrupt the continuity essential for an effective head of our country. An elected presidents will always be partisan, whereas a Monarch will not be. The Queen and her heirs have been trained from birth for one vocation -- that of discharging the duties of sovereign of Canada. Therefore, they are the only Canadians fit to assume this important position. * Key thing to remember is: "there is no provision in Canadian law requiring that the king or queen of Canada must be the same person as the king or queen of the United Kingdom; if the UK were to breach the convention set out in the preamble to the Statute of Westminster and unilaterally change the line of succession to the British throne, the alteration would have no effect on the reigning sovereign of Canada or his or her heirs and successors. As such, the rules for succession are not fixed, but may be changed by a constitutional amendment."

Kingdom of Morocco المملكة المغربية
Morocco is a de jure constitutional monarchy with an elected parliament. The King of Morocco, with vast executive powers, can dissolve government and deploy the military, among other prerogatives. Opposition political parties are legal, and several have been formed in recent years. Politics of Morocco take place in a framework of a parliamentary constitutional monarchy, whereby the Prime Minister of Morocco is the head of government, and of a multi-party system. Executive power is exercised by the government. Legislative power is vested in both the government and the two chambers of parliament, the Assembly of Representatives of Morocco and the Assembly of Councillors. The Moroccan Constitution provides for a monarchy with a Parliament and an independent judiciary. The constitution grants the king extensive powers; he is both the secular political leader and the "Commander of the Faithful" as a direct descendant of the Prophet Mohammed. He presides over the Council of Ministers; appoints the Prime Minister following legislative elections, and on recommendations from the latter, appoints the members of the government. While the constitution theoretically allows the king to terminate the tenure of any minister, and after consultation with the heads of the higher and lower Assemblies, to dissolve the Parliament, suspend the constitution, call for new elections, or rule by decree, the only time this happened was in 1965. The King is formally the chief of the military. Upon ...

Queensland: a monarchist stronghold
Malcolm Badgery, a well known supporter of the constitutional monarchy and of federalism is the Secretary of ACM's Queensland Division. He answered a series of questions posed by Professor David Flint at the time of a major constitutional conference in Brisbane in August 2012. In this video Professor Flint pointed out that in the 1999 republican referendum, despite a richly endowed republican campaign strongly supported by most politicians and the mainstream media, 92% of Queensland electorates voted No, with 63% of Queenslanders voting to keep the monarchy. Although all states voted No, Queensland was most opposed to the best republican model the Australian Republican Movement could devise. Professor Flint asked Mr. Badgery the reasons why Queensland registered such strong support for the monarchy.
