You'll begin to see patterns, and that will help you realize when you're actually in the middle of a dream. How to Lucid Dream & Why + My Experience Learning to Lucid Dream
This video is about how I learned to induce lucid dreaming! *** I answered LOTS of comments below - if you're curious about something, read through my answers in the comments.** Notes for you to keep are in this text box. 1. Remember your dreams & keep a DREAM JOURNAL. - make reminders around your room - don't move: stay in the same position when you wake up - remember all the elements/events of your dream that you can - explore the 5 senses and see what comes back to you - walk back through what happened one event at a time to try and go back as far as you can into the dream's story 2. Read your journal and make note of your DREAM SIGNS - note places, people, feelings, and elements that recur in your dreams - start noticing when you encounter these in real life - create a list of "alternate" dream signs in case your actual list of dream signs doesn't include things you encounter regularly in waking life 3. Do REALITY CHECKS in waking life - when you see a dream sign IRL -- STOP - check your hands - do they look normal? - check a clock - is it displaying properly? - check words/writing/signs - do they stay the same or change? - check gravity - when you jump, do you float down or drop? 4. When you become lucid, STAY IN THE DREAM - focus your attention to ONE thing and keep focused - try spinning or falling to keep dreaming through the "swooping" feeling There is WAY more incredible information and loads of TIPS in Dr. Stephen LaBerge's book "Exploring the World of Lucid ...

How To Lucid Dream
In this video I will teach you how to lucid dream and how I learned and began to lucid dream in only a few weeks. You can do this to if you follow the guidelines illustrated in this video. A lucid dream is a dream in which the sleeper is aware that he or she is dreaming. A lucid dreamer can actively participate in and manipulate imaginary experiences in the dream environment. Lucid dreams can seem extremely real and vivid, depending on a person's level of self-awareness during the lucid dream. The term was coined by the Dutch psychiatrist and writer Frederik van Eeden (1860--1932).

Lucid Dream Induction - "The I-Dreamer" - 90-Min Sleep Cycle (Isochronic Tones)
www.binauralbrainwave.net This video is a lucid dreaming tool, ******to be used in conjunction with the practice of daily 'reality checks'.********, so that when the affirmations begin, you have a greater chance of achieving lucidity. It also helps to keep a dream journal. Even though they're not required for Isochronic Tones, I recommend using headphones for greater immersion. BEFORE YOU START, be sure to skip to the affirmations on 65 mins so that you can adjust the volume to a level which won't startle you. The low-delta wave in the first 65 minutes will assist in putting you into a deep dreamless sleep. The next segment features a theta-wave to help transit your mind into REM sleep. A separate theta-wave layer displays the occasional pin pointed-peak at 40 Hz. ("...an EEG machine recorded frequencies in the 40 Hz range in lucid dreamers enjoying a bit of conscious REM..." There are also a series of recorded vocals to help trigger lucidity, ie ''You are dreaming"; "do a reality check", "this is a dream", "you are taking control of your dream" etc. I decided not to use music in this session as I find it to be too distracting for a LD induction. http

Lucid Dream Induction - "Neuroscape" - Binaural Beats (90 Min Sleep Cycle)
www.binauralbrainwave.net Listen to this audio AS YOU FALL ASLEEP, and after you have developed the habit of performing constant 'reality checks'. Remember, this is a tool, and not a magic formula. *Headphones required for binaural beats to work* This lucid dreaming induction is a variation of the original i-dreamer. Improvements a more gradual descending-step-sequence (alpha to delta) to induce sleep. Quieter and more frequent affirmations. Refined gamma peaks (40hz). The first 65 minutes will entrain you to a deep delta sleep using a descending binaural frequency + various water sfx. The remainder consists of a low-theta wave to help transit your mind into REM sleep. During this segment I have recorded various affirmations to help trigger a lucid state: "You are dreaming" "Do a reality check" "This is a dream" "You are taking control of your dream" Within the theta-wave are various 4-5 second long peaks peak at 40 Hz. ("...an EEG machine recorded frequencies in the 40 Hz range in lucid dreamers enjoying a bit of conscious REM...") Not suitable for young children, pregnant women or epileptics. www.binauralbrainwave.net

Hypnotic Lucid Dream Induction - Listen Before Sleep (Theta Binaural Beats - 4Hz)
www.binauralbrainwave.net Listen every night (WITH HEADPHONES) before you go to sleep until you get results. You can either fall asleep to it, or listen to the entire session before sleep. Report your experiences here. The brain entrainment session begins with an 8 minute slope leading from ALPHA (12 Hz) down to THETA (4 Hz). This is designed to make your brain receptive to the suggestions, which begin after 10 MINUTES. These were created using a text-to-speech editor, but the voice sounds relatively human. Please report your experiences in the comment section! http Mood Enhacement: Virtual Opioid 1: www.youtube.com (RECOMMENDED) Virtual Opioid 2: www.youtube.com 'Boost Your Mood': www.youtube.com

"Beautiful Memories" Lucid Dream Induction + Binaural Beats (90 Min Cycle)
***YOU NEED TO WEAR HEADPHONES FOR THIS*** This video is a sleep aid to a persons natural 90 minute sleep cycle. The first hour puts you in a calm and healing deep sleep while the last 30 minutes help transition your brain into REM sleep and induce a lucid dream The first hour contains ONLY binaural beats and natural rain sounds. The last half hour includes ambient music, natural wind sounds, binaural beats, and vocals suggesting you are in a dream. *Before starting it might help that you fast forward to the last half hour and check to make sure the volume is set right for you to be sleeping*

How To Have Lucid Dreams
Lucid dreams can occur spontaneously. In this video I give a description of a few methods for consciously inducing lucid dreams. Lucid Dreaming can be a means for personal transformation because this special state of consciousness brings together the conscious, subconscious and super conscious aspects of oneself for more open communication and awareness. One can more easily access highly intuitive perceptions, commune with the archetypes, and even use lucid dreaming as a launching pad into out of body experiences (OBE or OOBE).
