G.f.: (1 + 6*x + 15*x^2 + 30*x^3 + 27*x^4 + x^6) / ((1 - x)^4*(1 + x)^3).

a(n) = (20*n^3 + 33*n^2 - 2*n + 12) / 12 for n even.

a(n) = (20*n^3 + 27*n^2 + 28*n + 9) / 12 for n odd.

a(n) = a(n-1) + 3*a(n-2) - 3*a(n-3) - 3*a(n-4) + 3*a(n-5) + a(n-6) - a(n-7) for n>6.
