I met Florence through my daughter-in-law. I was searching for a home in Napa, I had not sold my home yet in Alameda but was very close to getting it on the market. My husband and I just closed on our first home and Florence has coached us through the process from beginning to end. We met with her at the beginning of the year to learn what the homebuying process is like. We always had the idea that homes in Napa were too expensive for us and thought that homeownership might be out of reach. This truly speaks to Florence's skills as a real estate agent: she recommended and then crafted a competitive offer(despite us applying with a loan), coached us through counter offers, and then closed the deal with an ultra professional team(14 day close is no joke! Everyone has to work diligently when the ball is in their court). It was such an exciting day when we met Florence at our new house to get the keys.
