Friendly, engaging, and armed with an expert level of knowledge we were well positioned to buy a home in a really tough market. If you are fortunate enough to meet Florence, you will readily experience her warm and friendly demeanor. But what you may not initially see is her command of real estate. Every question from "what's it worth" to "how do we make this loan happen" to "omg I'm freaking out what do I do now" - there was absolutely no question that she could not address with confidence and expertise. Florence walked us through every step of the process and always had our best interests at heart.

Thanks to our fabulous realtor, Florence Ropelewski, we just purchased a lovely townhouse near the Sonoma Square for 30K under asking, a miracle in this crazy market. It took us many months to finally find the perfect place. It was challenging for all of us but Florence was there every step of the way. She had lived in Sonoma and lives in Napa and knows the area from top to bottom. It was great to finally get the keys to the "castle" after so many months. Florence was professional, detail-oriented, very thorough, patient, and fun to work with!

Florence was amazing! We were first time home buyers and she guided us through the process start to finish. She was always available to answer all of our questions and thoroughly explained everything so we could understand it. Florence made the entire experience comfortable. She had a detailed step-by-step checklist and timeline so we always knew what was next and what we had accomplished. She was upfront, honest and kept our expectations realistic. It was obvious that she wasn't selling us a house, but finding us a home. We first reached out to her at the end of September and closed on our home November 2nd. Yesterday we got the key to our forever home and our journey started In March 2021 with selling our old home and finding a new one for us. We were very fortunate that Florence Ropelewski was referred to us by a friend as our real estate agent. We couldn’t have done it without her assistant along our journey. Her extensive knowledge helped us in making our decisions a lot easier and put us at ease. Her guidance in preparing our home for sale is critical so we did not go overboard and yet we maximize the outcome and also reduce our stress level. Working with Florence was easily the most enjoyable part of the home buying experience for my family. I remember in our very first meeting she told us that if we were highly motivated, we would get a house. While we had doubts and were prepared to settle in for the long haul, she was absolutely right! Just over 5 weeks later we were moving into our first home.

My husband and I had spent years dreaming of our first home and unfortunately, the right time to buy for us came during the pandemic, in the middle of this extremely tough sellers market. However, having worked with her professionally for a few years, I knew that if anyone was up to the challenge, it was Florence!
