    VTA will increase service frequency on lines 23, 25, 64, 66, 68, 71, 77 - the routes with higher demand and most affected by passenger pass ups. These changes will go into effect as logistics can be worked out, which is expected to take several weeks.

    In response to new COVID-19 restrictions in Santa Clara County, our focus is shifting from the 2021 Transit Service Plan to the more urgent issue of passenger pass ups and increasing frequency, where possible, on the routes with the most crowding.
