    So Saturday I said enough is enough. Liquor and beer are not going to be my coping methods anymore. I’m not going through this again so I’m stopping it now. I choose to be sober. I can’t be in a healthy relationship if I continue that route.

    The way my kid got excited for therapy this morning bc he knew he got to go & work through the stuff that’s been bothering him made me happy we make mental wellness a normal thing in our house
