    I’ll always listen & learn from those who’ve come before me but I have specific reasons for why I do things for our community. Dont assume it’s for attention, likes or followers I plan to advocate in my own way, quite frankly to old way doesn’t work

    We are constantly telling people to reach out and ask for help… but perhaps we should reach IN. Perhaps we should check in on the people in our life more regularly because sometimes the “reaching out” part is often the hardest thing in the world for a person who is struggling

  19. It’s not fair to those people who actually deal w/severe mental health issues, disorders, illnesses & injuries who have violent issues during a part of their illness. It’s not fair to those who live w/their disorders or illnesses perpetrated all over the news when this happens
