    Retesting results are back! Water quality for all public beaches tested by have acceptable bacterial results - water suitable to swim. Check ahead with municipality before visit, as some sites are closed under restrictions.

    As more businesses & services open, & limits on social gatherings are increased, - keeping 2 metres (6ft) apart from others, staying within your social circle, frequent handwashing & wearing a mask will continue to be key actions. 2/3

    The test results are back! Due to high bacteria levels, Goderich- main beach and Howard Street Beach (formerly Bayfield South Beach) are unsuitable for swimming. Please note some sites may be closed to public due to restrictions. :

    1/2 FYI: Fake mask exemption cards are being distributed that state "Face Mask Medical Exemption Card". These cards are NOT real and not needed. No proof is required for an exemption from face coverings, Public Health is not asking businesses to check or require documentation
