    We love seeing our colleague wearing her mask at work & play in our community! Masks, along with , frequent & staying home when sick will help prevent the spread of .

    As Huron & Perth residents adjust to wearing face coverings indoors in commercial & public spaces we asked our team to share how they mask - at work & at play! Here's Melissa, Educator at work with our "Annie" simulation mannequin & at play visiting Bartliffs Bakery!

    As more businesses & services open, & limits on social gatherings are increased, - keeping 2 metres (6ft) apart from others, staying within your social circle, frequent handwashing & wearing a mask will continue to be key actions. 2/3

    Today, Huron Perth moves into Stage 3! We should all feel proud of how far we've come together. Thank you for the sacrifices you've made to keep our community safe. But is still here - and we must continue to reduce its spread. 1/3

    The test results are back! Due to high bacteria levels, Goderich- main beach and Howard Street Beach (formerly Bayfield South Beach) are unsuitable for swimming. Please note some sites may be closed to public due to restrictions. :

    Please wear a mask when riding city transit buses. This is the direction provided by Huron Perth Public Health regarding the use of face coverings in indoor commercial & public spaces. More info: Not everyone can wear a mask, but those who can, please do.

    1/2 FYI: Fake mask exemption cards are being distributed that state "Face Mask Medical Exemption Card". These cards are NOT real and not needed. No proof is required for an exemption from face coverings, Public Health is not asking businesses to check or require documentation

    Yesterday was beach water sampling day. The test results will be back later today. In the meantime, enjoy the views...

    Yesterday we took samples from 12 beaches. Here I tried to capture some of the characters of the sky and water in our beautiful county.

    Ontario is increasing public indoor & outdoor gathering limits for regions reopening in Stage 3. With , 50 people will be able to gather indoors & 100 people outdoors. Learn more:
