    Slowing the spread of Covid-19 is something we are all responsible for and we need to be conscious of that. Teach your kids proper hand washing and to cover coughs and sneezes, and talk to them about what they hear and how they feel.

    The City of Stratford’s new green bin program began last week for most residential properties outside of the core. In the first five days, a total of 27.6 tonnes of material was collected. That's the equivalent of 1,200-1,500 garbage bags diverted from the landfill. Thank you.

    Terry Fox was incredible inspiration to our nation. Today we should all strive be at minimum an inspiration to our family, friends & our communities. By doing so, Canada is a much stronger, united and caring country & his Marathon of Hope will continue to live on in all of us!

    The City will be re-opening the landfill site on Tues, Apr 14, the site will be open weekdays for garbage & yard waste drop-off 8 am - 5 pm. Payment for garbage dropoff will be contactless, by credit or debit only. Cash will not be accepted. Social distancing rules apply!
