When we hire, it isn't about ticking boxes or listing bullet points. How you think is the only true requirement. And while we often have ideas about the roles we want to fill, usually we build roles around our ideal candidates: people who go beyond what is expected and contribute to the team in more ways than just the number of tasks completed.

Small, focused teams

Despite our size, we know that the best products are built by teams that can be fed with just a couple of pizzas. So we organise ourselves into small teams with specific remits, allowing us to deliver more efficiently. This also means that everyone can make their voice heard more effectively, and your opinion counts.

You matter

At Etch, nobody is just a cog in a machine. We're proactive about ensuring employees are reaching their full potential, and supportive of their ambitions and goals. We allocate a training budget to every member of staff, and regularly review everyone's progress.
