For Landlords

Once your property is let there are a number of ongoing landlord regulations that must be adhered to. Our service is specifically designed to absorb these pressures and concerns, creating a level of trust between the landlord and the tenants, thus continuing the smooth lease term.

We are the primary contact for the tenants and in the in the event of a complaint or repair request, we report to the Landlord first, and then ensure that our tradesmen/contractors deal with the issue efficiently and effectively.

For Students

Domus can offer University accommodation for those students who are returning for their second or subsequent years of study - although there is no priority or guarantee given.

We can find student flats for returning students in convenient locations whether they want to stay with a group of friends, on their own or with their families.
