  1. Andreas Philopater (talk · contribs · central auth · count · email) I registered in 2009 and have about 5000 edits on the account, with over 300 articles created from scratch. For the last year or so I've mostly been working on articles relating to the history and heritage of the Benelux countries (especially medieval and early modern Belgium). The Brill resources would be fantastically useful for this, and I do not have alternative access to them. --Andreas Philopater (talk) 13:05, 13 December 2015 (UTC)

  7. Elie plus (talk · contribs · central auth · count · email) My editing is suffering from the lack of resources in my home country. I am completely helpless as access to all major university libraries is restricted. LAU has access to only a small number of works. I work on articles relating to Levantine history, archeology and select topics that have to do with Lebanon. Access to Brill will give me the means to come back to Wikipedia and drive articles we work on to FA status. -Elias Z 09:08, 16 December 2015 (UTC)

  10. fuhghettaboutit (talk · contribs · central auth · count · email) I am a regular contributor, with about 87,000 edits (including deleted). I write on a variety of subjects: I've had 10 articles, predominantly written by me, achieve good status and 3 have been promoted as featured articles – with a few in the pipeline. I often use research access to help others with their writing efforts here, as well as to check sources for verification. I also spend quite a bit of time checking claimed and suspected copyright violations, which requires access to a diversity of sources.--Fuhghettaboutit (talk) 23:40, 17 December 2015 (UTC)

Brill's New Pauly is an indispensable resource for any Roman article that requires expansion or citation, and my inability to access this resource has hampered my attempts to provide top quality edits to Wikipedia articles. 20. Madalibi (talk · contribs · central auth · count · email) Hello! Brill is one of the most prolific publishers of scholarly books on the history of science and medicine in East Asia, the subjects I am concentrating on in my editing. I buy a lot of books, but Brill's are so expensive that I would prefer to access them online. I am currently working on topics that have no articles, such as the history of acupuncture and the history of medicine in China, as well as social Darwinism in East Asia. Thank you for your consideration! Madalibi (talk) 09:13, 13 August 2016 (UTC)
  21. The Discoverer (talk · contribs · central auth · count · email) An editor since 2006 with nearly 4000 edits on the English Wikipedia and more than 3000 edits on the Konkani Wikipedia, I mostly edit topics related to India, Catholicism, and science. I hope to use these resources to improve the historical perspective of articles. The Discoverer (talk) 05:47, 27 September 2016 (UTC)
  22. Nishidani (talk · contribs · central auth · count · email)) I hope to do 300 articles missing or in a lamentable state of stubness covering every known Aboriginal tribe in Australia, over the next year or so. I've done 30 odd over the last month, as one can see on my page (User:Nishidani). I only used academic specialist texts, and hope to use a uniform template and format over this whole field to bring at least one area of Wikipedia under the same set of principles, of stringent sourcing, organization and comprehensive development.Nishidani (talk) 20:53, 9 November 2016 (UTC)
  23. InformationvsInjustice (talk · contribs · central auth · count · email) I have been contributing more recently as part of a decision to increase my involvement in the community and improve content in the areas in which I have something to offer. I am involved in the Ancient Rome and Greece project. Inadequate sourcing is endemic in many of the pages of interest to the project. I have just finished a complete revision of the Romulus and Remus article and the creation of a separate Romulus article. I have a J.D. and strong research and writing skills. 24. Eperoton (talk · contribs · central auth · count · email) My subscription has expired. It has been quite useful for my work in the area of Islamic studies. It would be great to have it renewed. Eperoton (talk) 02:27, 8 February 2017 (UTC)
  25. #Hesan (talk · contribs · central auth · count · email) I am working on the French project about Islamic studies. They have lots of books about this aera, as the Encyclopaedia of the Qurʾān. Thanks to my university, I only have access to some of their works. I would like to have access to the others. Thanks.--Hesan (talk) 18:03, 14 February 2017 (UTC)
