Visas
It is the responsibility of all committee members and observers to ensure that they have both a valid passport and entry visa if required.

Countries whose citizens do not require a visa for a stay of three months or less:

Andorra, Argentina, Austria, Australia, Belgium, Bolivia, Brazil, Brunei, Bulgaria, Canada, Chile, Costa Rica, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, El Salvador, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Guatemala, Honduras, Hungary, Hong Kong, Iceland, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malaysia, Malta, Mexico, Monaco, New Zealand, Nicaragua, Norway Panama, Paraguay, Poland, Portugal, Romania, San Marino, Singapore, Slovakia, Slovenia, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom (or holders of a BNO, British National Overseas Passport), United States of America, Uruguay, Vatican City, Venezuela.

If your country is not listed above you will require a visa for your visit to the Netherlands, you need to apply for one at the Dutch embassy or consulate in your country. You should do this approximately 2 months before your arrival to the Netherlands. You cannot get a visa in the Netherlands.

How to get there

From the airport
NH Amsterdam Zuid is a 15 minute ride from Schipol Airport by rental car, taxi, or train.

ByTrain
From the RAI train station, take bus 62 toward Station Lelylaan. Get off at the Kastelenstraat stop. Bus 62 will stop in front of the hotel

By Car
A9 Alkmaar - Amsterdam
Travel south on A9 toward Amsterdam.
At the Badhoevedorp interchange, get onto A4 toward Amsterdamn.
Travel northeast on A4 onto A10 (Ring Amsterdam Zuid).
Drive 3 km then take the exit at junction S109/S110 towards RAI/Rivierenbuurt.
Turn left at the end of the exit onto Europaboulevard/ s109 towards Amstelveen.
Follow Europaboulevard toward Amstelveen for 700 m.
When you see a Shell station ahead of you, turn right onto Van Nijenrodeweg.
Drive 700 m then turn left onto Van Leijenberglaan.
Go straight on Van Leijenberglaan for 100 m.
NH Amsterdam Zuid is on your left.

A2 Utrecht - Amsterdam
Travel northwest on A2 and take Exit 25 (Boxtel/Noord) onto A10 (Ring Amsterdam Zuid) toward Den Haag.
Follow A10 for 2,5 km then take the exit for s109/s110 towards RAI/Rivierenbuurt/Buitenveldert (following signs for Amstelveen/s109).
Turn left at the end of the exit onto Europaboulevard (s109) towards WTC/Buitenveldert.
Follow Europaboulevard toward Amstelveen for 700 m.
When you see a Shell station ahead of you, turn right onto Van Nijenrodeweg.
Drive 700 m then turn left onto Van Leijenberglaan.
Go straight on Van Leijenberglaan for 100 m.
NH Amsterdam Zuid is on your left.

A4 Den Haag/ Schiphol Airport - Amsterdam
Travel northeast on A4 toward Utrecht/Haarlem/Amsterdam. As you approach Amsterdam, merge onto A10 towards Amersfoort.
Drive 3 km then take the exit for s109/s110 towards RAI/Rivierenbuurt (following signs for Amstelveen).
Turn left at the end of the exit onto Europaboulevard/ s109 towards Amstelveen.
Follow Europaboulevard toward Amstelveen for 700 m.
When you see a Shell station ahead of you, turn right onto Van Nijenrodeweg.
Drive 700 m then turn left onto Van Leijenberglaan.
Go straight on Van Leijenberglaan for 100 m.
NH Amsterdam Zuid is on your left.

A1 Amersfoort - Amsterdam
Travel west on A1 towards Amsterdam. As you approach Amsterdam, take the exit onto A10/E35 toward Ring Amsterdam/Den Haag.
Continue on A10 for 6,5 km then take exit at junction s109 towards RAI/Rivierenbuurt/Buitenveldert (following signs for Amstelveen).
Turn left at the end of the exit onto Europaboulevard (s109) towards WTC/Buitenfeldert.
Follow Europaboulevard toward Amstelveen for 700 m.
When you see a Shell station ahead of you, turn right onto Van Nijenrodeweg.
Drive 700 m then turn left onto Van Leijenberglaan.
Go straight on Van Leijenberglaan for 100 m.
NH Amsterdam Zuid is on your left.

Registration

Registration
Committee Members attending meetings scheduled as part of the ISAF Mid-Year Meetings programme are not required to register in advance. Name badges will be available for collection from the ISAF Reception desk at the venue hotel. Committee members who are unable to attend are requested to inform the ISAF Secretariat.

Observers are welcome to attend open meetings and must register in advance.

Spouses / partners who wish to be included in social events and /or attend meetings must also complete and submit a registration form.
