Sivota Villas are situated in a low hillside location, 4/5 minutes drive to the harbour, tavernas and supermarkets and approximately 10 minutes drive to the nearest beaches in Vassiliki. There are also smaller beaches around the harbor. The beautiful beaches of Porto Katsiki, Egremni and Katasma can be found on the West Side of the island. We recommend this villa for 8 persons.

Bedrooms- 2 double bedrooms with en-suite and 1 twin bedded. Other accomodation is available in the form of a put up settee in the living area.

Bathrooms- There are 3 modern bathrooms.

Living Area-There is a large open lounge with satellite TV/DVD and magnificent views over looking the surrounding islands. The seating area has two main befrooms which lead on to the terrace and pool area.

Kitchen/Dining- There is a fully equipped kitchen with an american style fridge/freezer with filtered cooled water dispenser, dishwasher, washing machine and other modern appliances. Adjacent to the kitchen is a dining area with comfortable seating for 6 people.
